Good hotel with very nice bedrooms but some basic equipments are missing and that is disappointing for a 4 star hotel. No boiler, no ironing board, no toilet brush... In 4 days, we weren't refilled in welcoming care products. Also, you have to have a lot of chance to get a car park easily in the evening and night. Except that, hotel is modern and very pleasant and the restaurant is very good.

This is a full service hotel, with helpful and friendly multi lingual staff, fast WiFi and an amazing breakfast with lots of really good quality choices. Our room was modern and spacious, with a large comfortable bed, good bathroom and English satellite TV. The hotel is on the edge of the city just a short walk from the bars, shops and restaurants. We thought it was a great base to visit the La Rioja region. The staff were really lovely - Silvia on reception gave us maps and tourist information on our arrival and the lady in charge of breakfast was really nice and helpful!! I can't praise this hotel enough!!

A centrally located hotel, very comfortable, well appointed and great sized rooms, quiet, with staff that can not do enough for you. Excellent value for money. And, private parking as well ( not for huge vehicles!)

The hotel is excellent but the breakfast was not very good. Not much choice either. But still enjoyed our stay.

We had a one night stay. The staff were great and the food in their restaurant was excellent. The room had let down beds built into the wall, which would make it ideal for families. The underground car is accessed via a car lift which really needs two people to use safely.

This hotel is cheat, we stayed there for 3 nights from 7th till 8th August. they charged us £30 Euro for few bottles of simple water and few KitKat. They did not inform us that these are chartable items. they just left it in the Fridge and charged very hefty price. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. totally unethical business manner. Avoid Avoid

Lovely Hotel, well worth the 4 stars. Helpful staff and nice clean facilities. The bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning good and the room was quiet and spacious. The underground car park was accessed by a vehicle elevator which was a bit precarious but worked well! Excellent restaurant at the rear of the Hotel. In room tea and coffee facilities would have been nice.
