The workshop was very interactive and informative,the trainer very hands-on and a real peoples person,definitely a must when visiting Franschoek,so much interesting facts and information learnt about the origin of perfume and creating your own signature scent is a winner.

What a fantastic and educational experience for all genders! HIGHLY recommended. Daniella’s incredible passion, knowledge, expertise and dedication to her craft and what she has created is clearly evident. Combine that with her fabulous sense of humour and the quality products, you will not be disappointed! I note the 1 star reviewer who has done an absolute disservice to what is actually offered by Daniella and her staff - please ignore that review and book a workshop!

Perfume workshop My wife wanted to do the perfume workshop and it was such a treat. Daniela accommodated us at the last minute. She was so knowledgeable in perfumery and help us create our own signature blend of perfumes and creams. We participated in the 2 hour workshop and we gained so much knowledge. All our questions were answered and she elaborated so much on them. She followed all the necessary covid protocols and made it safe for us. Tea, coffee and the most delectable biscuits were served. The setting was just outside the Franschhoek Monument and was easy to find. The establishment had wonderful artefacts and we managed to take some photos as remembrance.

What a fun experience to learn about perfumery and make your own scent. Daniela is a wonderful host and even accommodated my ten year old daughter.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Daniela is amazing. Incredibly educational, some humor and personalized perfume. I would recommend this to anyone. This can be enjoyed by males and females alike. It is the perfect gift. Incredibly special. Thank you again Daniela for making our day so memorable.

Omg! Where do I start? This was such an interesting memorable experience creating my own perfume. We had such a wonderful time learning about the different items that makeup a great smell. What started as a fun gift for my wife turned into a great product i made! The hostess was so knowledgeable and helped in the final smells. We then had a wonderful discussion about life in South Africa. Another reason to return

not a nice experience. staff not at all helpfully when I wanted a perfume made. only tried selling me a ticket. and comments like we don't make copy fragrances. won't recommend this to anyone thinking they will get help with something unique 2 themselves

The perfume workshop is out of this world. Fantastic atmosphere and magnificent experience!

The experience was rather rushed. A background given to perfumery, although very knowledgeable, was hard to follow at such speed and not much room was given for questions. We never actually learned about making a perfume, how to build it and what to look out for. I would not describe the experience as a workshop. The scent range is limited and getting the perfume that I would like, is not necessarily possible. There is not much for a man to choose from. Some names or descriptions on the bottles would be helpful for the sake of communicating ones goal, rather than relying on an amateurs inexperienced nose to figure out what is what. Unfortunately, the perfume in the bottle loses its initial wow smell after a day. Perhaps it should mature before use but we were not told anything about that aspect of perfumery.

The perfume museum is a great place to experience the historic significance of the perfume through the ages. You can see such a beautiful and extensive collection of antique and rare perfume bottles and learn about the history of the perfume as well. Today we had the most amazing and insightful afternoon with Danielle. The whole experience from the history right through to our own signature perfume was unforgettable.
