😠 Worst body corp in the whole of the northern suburbs. They also charge you stupid fines to pocket for them selves. They spy and take pictures of your flat too. Levy's are too high and they do not maintain the buildings People often mention estate,

Roads are being used as drag strips in evenings and weekends. Alcohol and drugs makes for living in just another "fancy squater camp". Pathetic security company "servicing" the estate. All properties are built to the lowest standards possible. This is not just my opinion - everybody i have spoken to who has lived there before, agrees.

Buh-Rein Estate offers a tranquil and secure living environment in Cape Town. The estate boasts beautiful landscaping, well-maintained communal areas, and modern architecture. The amenities, including a clubhouse and gym, cater to residents' needs. The security measures provide peace of mind. However, the estate is still expanding, resulting in ongoing construction. Overall, Buh-Rein Estate provides a peaceful and comfortable lifestyle, ideal for families and individuals seeking a serene community.

The retirement village is a stunning place! They really look after the people there, care and make a lot of effort!

Been an owner for the past 8 years. A very good investment if you bought at inception. Please be warned however, the body corporate running the estate hands out fines left right and centre and although the Master home association constitution as well as body corporate rules says they are supposed to give you an opportunity to correct any wrong and only thereafter issue financial penalties, they don't care and contravenes the very constitution they're supposed to uphold. What's even worse is they are judge, jury and executioner with no independent body to deal with owner complaints. Won't surprise me if corruption is at play, will be selling soon, hopefully I get a buyer after writing this review. But beyond financial gain is the opportunity to warn others about this ill-practice, it's my duty as a human being to do so.

Good place to rent but worst if you want to buy so don't buy here if you can afford anywhere else. Bought a place 5 years ago and sold it for less that my original purchase price. Too much development going on so market is always flooded with properties for sale. Levies are sky high without any real value, gardens between complexes are well maintained but jungle gyms for the kids are not. Never had any major issues while staying here so definitely not a bad place to live but if you are looking for an investment this is not the place.

The whole estate is always very clean with water wise plants planted and maintained in garden beds along with the natural matshland that remains throughout the estate. The estate has great trails for an evening stroll as we as having security patrols at regular intervals, etc. Some really sturdy gym equipment and kids climbing frames. Fantastic little pub nestled away quietly inside the estate. The roads are large and well-lit. Decent if somewhat limited options for Mr D etc.

This is my rating from the outside! I don't like it that we build these small places that all look the same! Everyone living ontop of each other just so one or two estate agents and development companies can make money. Not a fan at all!

Excellent retirement centre. Good facilities. Meals are much like home-cooked ones at reasonable prices.

The place is amazing the only problem is it's just too far from town but otherwise it's very nice place to stay

The neighbours have no respect when it comes to noise levels. It use be so quiet and peaceful. Everytime a different neighbour is making a noise. I have to wear plugs when I go sleep. I've been living here for almost 5 years no real increase in market value. Worst buy ever. I can't even sell otherwise it will be at a lost.

As a resident of Buh-Rein, nearing 3years, I most definitely have to commend the development, landscaping and security companies for creating, maintaining and monitoring the estate. The roads and sidewalks are kept clean. Flowerbeds, trees, parks and fields are maintained daily. Security vehicles constantly patrolling... I enjoy the atmosphere of the area, lively, safe and quite relaxing..
