The collection of jewellery is very excellent and exceptional. This shop has wide range of collections when compared with other places in Salem. The staffs are helpful, courteous. The price part is quite high and the wastage charges are way too much. Ambience, parking are good.

overall good experience. Only thing I felt little dissatisfied was the VA on the gold was pretty high. Although they didn't charge for goldsmith i personally felt they equalise in wastage charge. Everything is billed online and GST shall be paid. ID proof for above 50000 transaction in cash. Collections are Good. Good parking space. Hospitality was good. My rating is 3.5/5. I will update the quality of jewellery in few days.

Had a good experience with the purchase and offer. Quality with good offer. As always they have good gold scheme offers and no branch restrictions. Collections are better, so I recommend this place for any occasional purchase and exchange as well. Have to bargain for wastage reduction but genuine. Gold Smith is good and helpful.

Our family is the regular customer for this showroom for more than 7 years. We are experiencing worst service from the starting of this year 2022. Almost all the salesperson and goldsmith who are all working atleast for last 5 years, knows our entire family and treats us well but the floor manager appointed this year in both the floors are fit for nothing, don't how to do business and how to retain regular customers. My parents already switched to Malabar gold. Today myself and my sister's family decided to look for better one with good service than profit. I'm suggesting every one not expect good service from these arrogant managers.

Could have been 5 star rating easily, but shop was heavily crowded and there needs a better crowd management. Executive Relena was so good in her duties. Very much appreciated her work👍

Basic amenities like drinking water provision was not provided even after requesting for a water. 3. Felt very unhappy about the response from employees. 4.
