Finally gotten so bad that both my wife and I have cancelled our black card memberships. I cannot express how utterly disappointing everything about this club is. The staff is a complete joke of inattentiveness. The "new" workout equipment is the same old treadmills and elliptical trainers with fancy new screens that still display comically inaccurate readings. The changing rooms are often just plain messy. I'm genuinely embarrassed that I've wasted so much time here.

The club was clean, and I had a good workout, but the music was very loud and the wifi barely worked. Please turn down the music. Most people have their own headphones, so let them listen to their own noise, rather than invading our ears with the overhead speaker racket. It's annoying for me when I exercise, and I am sure the employees don't enjoy it, either. UPDATE: The response from the owner stated that I should reach out to my home club's management. Firstly, I used this location, not my home location, so I was addressing the Nashua PF. Secondly, I have already complained twice. The response has either been "they don't let us" or "we need to keep it at a certain volume." If the music was too quiet, a customer can get their own headphone and music device and play at whatever volume they like. Broadcast a Planet Fitness radio station if you want, but this practice of forcing sound on people at a crazy loud volume has to stop. This response of "talk to management" (which I have) instead of "we will look into this" or anything else but passing the buck is discouraging. But that's often the point. "Talk to corporate," or "there's nothing we can do," are all ways to dismiss and brush off concerns. Anyway, thanks for the reply; now I can adjust my rating accordingly.

Rude staff! I asked a few questions to one of the high school kids at the front desk and he was arrogant, condescending, and talking over me. Planet Fitness needs to be a better judge of character when hiring employees for their front desk. One shouldn’t be putting up with that rudeness while paying a monthly fee!

After a long gap in exercise it was great to get back on track. Employees were great and the atmosphere couldn't have been cleaner. I'm looking forward to going back.

Usually pretty happy with PF. Today I've been standing at the counter 10 or 15 minutes and not a single employee anywhere to be found. The gym is open. Is nobody working today?

Great experience every time with everyone that works here! The equipment and convenience of tanning, massage, and red light therapy, are included with the black card membership at a stunning affordable rate that you won't find at any other gym! The exercise equipment is plenteous, smooth, and in excellent condition!

Lots of space & equipment including Three 15 footer ceiling fans to cover the whole gym, they're always on even in the winter you'd need to wear your winter clothes when working out, thinking about quitting since the staff don't care.

Clean as all Planet Fitness locations are. This one though has Cybex Arc Trainers with the active handles and HRM sensors. All the other PF location Cybex Arc trainers I have seen don't have the active handles.

The gym is exactly what I need. I don’t swim so it doesn’t come with those bells and whistles but I’m happy. Great people there who genuinely seem interested in customer service.

Great fitness center at unbelievably low price. Many machines of many types available. Usually desired machine is available when wanted. Pleasant staff. Very satisfied.

The place is clean and mostly new equipment everywhere. No loud grunting or dropping weights. Good place to work out

Vince is a trainer there, and he is an excellent trainer. I'm so happy that he joined Planet Fitness. They also do an excellent job at maintaining the place. Thank you.

Clean faculty and nice people and staff. Also this is one of the clubs that are open 24 hours. Some are not. Also this club is close to my house! I am a pilot and travel all over the country to rate them on my Instagram and TikTok. I am fortunate enough to see many throughout several states as I fly. Most clubs are good, some exceptional, some are just ok

I love visiting this planet fitness!! This facility is huge with lots of great equipment. The machines are always in good repair unlike other locations!!

Easy parking with plenty of spots. Cleaning facilities, updated equipment, and friendly staff. Their "Black card spa" is definitely among the top list of Planet Fitness I have been to.

First time I tried this gym. Definitely not for a serious lifter but that is the brand, I get it. However, the gym floor space is 70% cardio. Even during the busiest times the cardio equipment is never more than 50% occupied. Meanwhile the weights and machines are so packed you can’t even get a proper workout. No sauna, no protein or smoothies, overall I won’t be renewing.

I wasn’t a fan of this PF when I tried it out. It’s dark, the locker room could use some updating, and the equipment looks like it’s never been deep cleaned. There were dust bunnies on the floor next to the smith machines and so much dust collected in between the size adjustment components of some of the leg machines. Just kinda threw me off. I don’t want to be looking at piles of dirt when I’m working out. Staff was friendly and the environment was fine, but the place could be a lot cleaner

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for a few years. I took a hiatus during COVID-19. I've been back consistently since November 2021 when things opened back up. This by far is my favorite gym!! The staff are always helpful and friendly. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.

I go,they have equipment. I work out. Don't expect a ton of free weights. Dumbbells only go up to 75s . And no benches . Flat or other wise

I have been with that gym for years and I love the people who work, they are friendly and they keep everything very clean! I had already gone to other gyms but they are all dirty! thank you for keeping this GYM clean at Coliseum Nashua NH

A clean gym and the locker rooms were clean for the most part. However, some of the showers and sink spigots didn't work and some of the towel hangers next to the stalls were missing.

When I walked in, I felt right at home. Everyone is doing their own thing. I wanted to mention how great it is to have a gym opened 24/7. It’s great!

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I am always greeted when I arrive and wished a good night when I leave. I enjoy interacting with them, which makes me look forward to going to the gym.

Spacious, clean, equipment in good condition and well maintained. The facility has a large variety of equipment and is well used but not too crowded.

I mean it's a generic gym... they don't really live up their "judgement free" if you look like you enjoy working out you're a "lunk"... their free weight section is lacking and only goes to 75 lbs

The manager at my location was very informative and friendly. He helped me out in so many ways. He took his time with me and was very patient explaining things. The upgrade in the gym is amazing with the brand new tanning beds they have with the red UV lights to all the equipment. Thanks again to the manager who helped me at the Coliseum Nashua New Hampshire location.
