    If you are looking for a personal trainer Carolyn is it! I have been working with Carolyn for a little over a month now and I am not only seeing weight loss, I am also finding myself being able to move around faster and more efficiently. Her demeanor is kind and compassionate. She provides a safe and feel good environment. I would highly recommend using her if looking for a personal trainer!

    Romel is an amazing personal trainer that makes workout safe and fun for even first timers. He personalized trainings based on my personal goals and helped me achieve even more. The gym is also very clean and organized. It’s highly recommended.

    Romel has a very versatile training approach. I felt extremely comfortable with him, and he’s very knowledgeable about the work outs he prepares. I love the fact the the gym is walking distance from my job, and during the summer I typically walk or jog to the gym. Canadian Park Personal Training is a great small gym, and I especially enjoy the close community Romel has built with all of his clients. As he says, we are all leaf’s 🇨🇦

    Romel is a great trainer, he answered all my questions and taught me how to do every exercise correctly. I learned a lot even though we only had a couple sessions together.

    Romel at Canadian Park Training is an awesome training with a strong understanding of functional training. I am injury prone and he is always super focused on ensuring position for safety and improved intensity of work out which enables me to see greater results and faster. I’ve never felt stronger and healthier before.

    Romel is amazing—a kind, attentive, encouraging and responsive trainer. After working with him 1x/wk for 3 months, I feel strong and good in my body. Our sessions are the best thing I have done for myself as a mom. Recommend 100%.

    Romel is amazing. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knows how to push you toward your goal but in the meantime he makes the training so much fun. I can see the progress on my friend Patrick. Romel is doing a great job. Highly recommended!

    Just restarted working out with Romel again after almost 2 years away. I'm thoroughly enjoying how knowledgeable and friendly he is. He makes all the workouts fun yet effective. Amazing personal trainer!! And the gym is very private and not overwhelming. He truly makes fitness fun

    The closest gym to my apartment, and can also be a good choice for anyone who lives and works nearby on Newbury Street in Backbay. I feel really comfortable training with Romel as a woman. He is perfectly matched to my concerns and needs that I want to focus on. It feels great to have the structure and guidance I need. I am feeling stronger and most importantly hopeful after each session. Also, Romel is very personable and always tries to find common ground with me. As someone from another country, I appreciate the efforts he makes. I am looking forward to continuing working with him.

    Romel is professional, talented, and incredibly well-educated on all aspects of personal fitness. He emphasizes building skill before building muscle, which I cannot say of all personal trainers. His sessions will push you (both mentally and physically), but all in the spirit of becoming stronger. I cannot recommend him enough!

    I started working out with Romel when I was a few months pregnant. I wanted to make sure I was still pushing myself, but most importantly was being SAFE while working out. Romel always found an incredible balance of making sure I was getting a personalized, and challenging, yet fun, workout that was tailored to me, my pregnancy, and how I was feeling each week. We restarted training again once I hit the two-month mark postpartum. Just like during the pregnancy, Romel ensured the exercises were appropriate to slowly return to working out. The intensity has ramped up each week, but we've made sure it's suitable for where I am in my postpartum journey, just like we did while I was pregnant. Best yet, I've been able to bring my baby to a few workouts, which is an incredible benefit of personal training. At 3 and ½ months postpartum, I am now in better shape than I was prior to pregnancy. Yes, I had to buy new jeans after the baby was born - but in a smaller size than what I had in my closet before I got pregnant. Weight loss was NEVER pushed and was not a goal nor was it discussed during pregnancy or postpartum workout sessions. Instead, we focused on strength and building a foundation of strong workouts and this has been an added bonus!

    As a person going into their 60's, I needed some specific workout help that was not only unique for me and my activity level, but for my age. Romel listened to me and has been helping me since. I have to say, the workouts are actually enjoyable. I encourage anyone to reach out to him. You'll be glad you did.

    I have been working out with Romel for little more than a month, and really enjoy the workout sessions. It's definitely an intense one-hour session including cardio, weight lift, and balance. My posture got noticeably improved in a short amount of period. (not only that, I am so happy that he helped me correct my neutral standing/ walking posture from the first lesson as well) He is best at teaching you every single detail of the correct posture that you might find difficulty improving by yourself. Also, you will learn so many different types of exercise which you can eventually include in your regular workout routine. Every session is so motivating to challenge and see the improvements!

    The best part of training with Romel is that he makes it more fun. Yes, I am not a big fan of working out, but I am going to have my 14th session with him tomorrow and am looking forward to it. He creates a true personalized training program to help me with my fitness goal and I'd recommend him to my friends anytime.

    Romel is the best trainer that I've worked with in the States! He has always been extremely patient about explaining, demonstrating, and correcting the forms, and you will never get bored in his sessions since he manages to make them versatile and fun. My health condition gets a lot better over the course of training with Romel, and I starts to enjoy working out (while I never did before!) I'd love to highly recommend Romel to anyone who would like to work with or try a personal trainer in Boston area! He deserve all the good words!

    I was truly surprised when I found Canadian Park Training! I was looking for a gym near my house with a great personal trainer. Romel honestly makes fitness easy. I really enjoy training with him. We've currently been training together for 8 months I highly recommend him if you are looking to hit your goals and have a fun time working out. I lost 2 pants sizes and gained all good muscle (ladies you know what I mean).
