Randomly found this place on Google while traveling for work and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did because this place is amazing. I ordered the Bees Knees latte which has lavender, local honey, and coconut extract. It was delightful. I also had a blueberry muffin that they received fresh from a local bakery. It was also excellent. The owner (Rick?) came up to chat with me for a minute and was super friendly. Overall the service was excellent. I will be back here the next time I'm in the area. Update: I was back in the area for work again and stopped by. Still just as great as last time!

This was an easy decision rate this place as 5 stars. Incredible food - the turkey gouda sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. The bread it came on was so addicting - light, fluffy and fresh. Customer service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was charming. I would stop here again gladly any time! They also have a great selection of coffee.

Great hidden gem if you love coffee,  wine,  pizza, soup... anything edible! We have gone for brunch twice now. Their coffee options are great. I'm a Chai Latte guy and they make a good. Now, I haven't been to many coffee places that have mouthwatering Flatbreads. Their street corn Flatbread is one of a kind.  The location is great with a cozy indoor space and a nice outdoor extension. The owners are super friendly. BONUS: If you are a comic book fan, three owner has a dream bathroom waiting for it.  Super cool!

Today was our first time at Grounds & Vine, and we had the best experience! We went for lunch, and not only was the food absolutely EXCELLENT (best lunch I’ve had in a long time!), but the customer service was fantastic. The waitresses were so friendly and accommodating, and the owner came up to talk to us about the business and to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Overall I was so impressed, and I know we will be back!

Amazing service, atmosphere and food. The waiters were very knowledgeable about the menu. Everything is pretty much made in house, will be coming back again soon.

The food and service were great! I have many food allergies, and the staff, including the chef, made themselves available to ensure everything was safe for me. We only had a short amount of time for dinner that evening, so we want to head back soon for some chill time. The wine menu looked excellent!

My family & I are in North Carolina visiting family, and we stumbled upon this local gem. We tried several different dishes and beverages, and let's just say they deserve more than 5-stars. I highly recommend you stop by if you're in the area. Thoroughly and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Wow! What a hidden gem! We went for breakfast and I’m restricted on my diet so I asked if they had sugar free latte options… she brings over a full list of like 7 or 8 flavors, they can mix & match, etc. I got the peanut butter latte with almond milk and wow it was amazing. We shared the egg bites & they were so delicious! We will absolutely be coming back! The cleanliness and ambiance were top tier! And the owners/staff were so sweet!

Stopped by for a quick lunch and chai and it was great! Nice little shop with a variety of options for sandwiches, soups and other things. The chai was nice and creamy as well. I had their fall special which was a chicken and bacon on Ciabatta, and it was great.

Was in the area visiting family and my mom loves this place, so she took us there to give it a try. It's definitely a cute place and the atmosphere was great. Tighter seating inside but a nice sized patio as well, which even had heating lamps. We were greeted and seated by the owner as soon as we entered the building, he was very friendly. They had a nice selection of coffees and a big selection of wines to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the big selection of food options as well. Which we ordered a flatbread and a piece of cake, both were absolutely amazing! Wish we lived in the area to try other foods on the menu. The only thing was when we first ordered a bottle of wine, the server never told us they were out of that bottle until after we had all the food at the table, which typically you'd get the wine before the food. Then after we ordered a second option, it took 2 serves to locate that bottle, which still took close to 10 mins to get after the food. Other than that, which maybe just needs some organization, the place and food were amazing. We'll definitely go back when we're in the area again!

Ooh, I have to say, I loved it. The food was really good. Very simple, but very good. Avocado toast and a sausage patty. The coffee was local honey, lavender, and coconut milk. WOW! Savana was really nice and a wonderful server.
