I’ve
never
had
my
eyelashes
done.
I
saw
that
you
need
to
book
online.
I
was
going
to
book
an
appt
but
had
some
concerns
since
never
doing
this
before.
I
called
the
boutique.
I
talked
to
a
really
nice
lady,
&
told
her
about
never
having
anything
done
before.
I
asked
a
lot
of
questions,
we
discussed
that
I
was
looking
at
the
service
for
the
offer
they
had
as
a
first
time
client
fill
extensions
for
$40.
She
agreed
&
said
that
was
a
great
choice
understanding
that
I
don’t
know
anything
about
them.
I
also
wanted
to
make
sure
who
did
them
was
experienced
&
really
good.
She
assured
me
that
the
lady
had
many
years
of
experience,
but
new
to
the
boutique.
So
I
booked
online.
I
showed
up
to
my
appt
&
they
handed
me
the
paper
to
sign.
I
still
had
some
questions,
we
talked
a
little
about
different
kinds
of
lashes.
It
would’ve
been
great
to
see
pictures
of
the
many
different
kinds,
&
see
what
they
entail.
Anyway
prices
got
brought
up,
I
found
out
from
one
lady
that
I
was
going
to
pay
$65
not
$40.
I
told
them
that’s
not
the
information
I
was
given.
They
said
yes
your
right
it
is
$40.
Then
took
me
back
to
lay
down.
The
lady
came
from
the
front
desk
straight
back
to
tape
my
eyes.
I
was
surprised
she
didn’t
wash
her
hands
or
satanize
them
before
starting.
Half
way
through
doing
my
lashes
the
girl
that
talked
to
me
on
the
phone
&
said
I
was
correct
on
the
price
of
$40,
told
the
girl
doing
my
lashes
I
have
to
pay
$65.
What
was
I
supposed
to
do
at
that
point??
With
a
tip
it
came
to
more
than
$75!
The
price
isn’t
crazy,
it’s
the
principle
of
being
told
twice
what
was
expected
at
time
of
service.
I
wouldn’t
have
got
them
done,
knowing
I
don’t
have
that
kind
of
money
right
now.
Also
the
girl
that
did
them
did
a
good
job,
except
every
time
she
was
working
on
my
left
eye,
she
had
to
reach
over
to
get
a
lash,
the
tool
or
whatever
she
used
dug
into
my
eye
to
the
point
I
was
pushing
my
head
into
the
pillow
to
try
&
not
have
it
hurt
so
bad.
The
more
she’d
reach
the
worse
the
digging
was.
At
one
point
it
was
so
bad
I
finally
told
her
how
painful
it
was.
Also
she
hasn’t
had
that
much
experience.
She’s
barely
20
yrs
old.
I
wish
I
could’ve
decided
which
curl
I
got
&
not
her
deciding
for
me.
I
didn’t
find
out
until
I
was
done
that
there’s
a
couple
different
choices
about
the
type
of
curl
you
prefer.
It
wasn’t
a
bad
experience
but
I’m
very
upset
&
frustrated
the
price
was
confirmed
twice,
(altogether
four
times)
then
all
the
sudden
changed
when
it
was
too
late
to
say
no.
I
definitely
think
there’s
a
few
things
that
need
to
change
knowing
there
are
women
like
me
that
don’t
know
what
the
term
fill
means.
It
sounds
exactly
like
what
I
wanted,
a
fill
with
extensions.
I
didn’t
have
any
idea
a
fill
is
for
someone
that
already
has
extensions.
Which
is
why
I
called
&
spoke
to
someone
to
make
sure
I
was
signing
up
for
the
right
thing.
I
definitely
don’t
think
I
should’ve
been
charged
what
it
normally
costs
due
to
inaccurate
information.
They
told
me
it
was
$40
so
I
got
them
done.
I
feel
completely
taken
advantage
of,
wait
until
I’m
almost
done
then
tell
me
sorry
it’s
$65…
The
girl
knows
she
messed
up
because
I
heard
her
say
it
was
all
her
fault,
&
she
messed
up.
After
confirming
a
price
or
whatever
it
is
with
a
client
you
should
never
go
back
on
what
you’ve
said.
You
guys
should’ve
kept
the
price
of
what
I
was
told,
instead
of
loosing
clients
&
future
clients
that
were
waiting
to
see
how
my
experience
went.
