    My mom came in here to get 2 50$ gift cards, and there employee KATELYN took advantage of the fact that my mom does not speak English and didn’t have one of her daughters with her. My mom handed her the phone with my sister on the line and she had asked KATELYN to give my mom the 2 50$ gift cards, and KATELYN decided to give her a in store credit card that was EMPTY making her think it was her gift card , my sister called and found out she used that gift card at 10:05pm after stores are closed and wasted the gift card she STOLE from my mom. I wonder who else she’s done this to. It’s crazy how the manager told my sister to just call customer service to get the money back when that’s not the POINT the point is they have an employee named KATELYN who steals from customers, we are taking further action all customers should be aware and careful while KATELYN is there. Do better Spanish fork ulta.

    EVERYTIME I swear I come here I feel like it’s my home. The manager from here ( JESS ) has converted me to come every other week to get my hair washed and styled by Alysha. Both of them have made me feel beautiful with all the compliments and good conversations…. After my wash and style I can’t get enough! Jess has helped me find the best makeup! Oh and the self tannerrr is amazing! I have really made some good friends everytime I go. One time I brought my kiddo with me and Jess helped me so I wouldn’t stress out and made my day!

    The staff is usually friendly and helpful at this location. Though lately there has been few ladies that seem annoyed when I asked for help. Also, I have noticed a lack of product and I end up having to order it online or purchase from Walmart. The products meant for testing are usually missing, broken, shoved inside the plastic or need to be sharpened/replaced. The last time I was there I asked a staff member if she could sharpen an eyeliner. She sighed as if she was annoyed and asked someone else if they can do that. She then walked me to a sharpener in the mac section, pointed at it and left. She did not ask if needed more help. I dont mind sharpening the eyeliner but I ended up doing it to many eyeliners, to help out the next person. I do not know about anyone else but I go to Ulta because I am hoping to see a tester. Other stores are less in price if that is what I am looking for. I really hope this improves in the future.

    This locations is almost always well-stocked but even better is the staff. They are always super helpful! They're so knowledgeable and kind. I always have questions and need input and they've always given me great ideas and turned me on to great products!

    I have been getting my hair done by Alysha for quite some time now. When I first came in, my hair was really damaged and uneven cut by another hairdresser someplace less fantastic. Now my hair is healthy and I'm blown away by how beautiful it turns out every single time. If I ever move away, I will drive here to continue to get my hair done by her. She is so caring and attentive.

    I LOVE ulta!! Especially the SF location, because Jess is literally the best! She is so personable and extremely helpful. I’m beyond sad that the ulta app hasn't been letting me place any online orders, but at least that means I get to go in and say hey to my favorite girl. Ps. Can we get the online ordering fixed soon?

    Received bogus charges on my credit card, probably because of Temu, but ULTA has not taken care of this despite sending bank statements, etc., for months, just passed around from person to person. Best just to ORDER FROM AMAZON🙄

    Allison was so so so amazing and friendly she helped me find the best foundation that fit my skin perfectly, a face wash and toner for my skin type, and helped my sister with any questions she had as well! Heather that helped us at check was also amazing and so so kind! Love this place!! ❤️❤️❤️

    Had such a pleasant experience here. I am often intimidated or ignored in makeup stores and Jess the manager at this location was a pleasure. She was so friendly, professional and informative. I wish more people in retail were like her! Thanks Jess for helping me find exactly what I needed and being so kind!

    I really love Ulta. And I want to live this store. However, when I visited today there were so many key issues with the store that I have to give it a 1-star review. Beginning with the bathroom. There wasn’t a square of toilet paper in the restroom. It was horrible. I was there the beginning of the day, so it wasn’t prepped for the day. In addition to the toilet paper issue, the soap was an issue because it contained allergens (citrus). In the store there were no employees in sight. I needed help finding a brand. It took quite a bit of time for an employee to come around and help me. And then I never had help again. At the register there was a line with only one employee checking people out. I have to say that the employee who did check me out was smart and charming. But with a line of customers staring at her, I could tell she felt a lot of pressure on her shoulders. The bottom line is that the store lack the attention it needs from employees, and leadership.

    Ive been to Ulta before and have had terrible experiences. Although Camilla was sooo helpful and knew the questions to ask to help me find the product I needed that was good for me. She was very knowledgeable and I would return to this just to talk to her.

    Got a chi lava straightener has a gift and it’s not a good one. From day to day I don’t know if it will turn on. One day it does and then if I try the next day or 2 days later it will turn on for a few days in a row and then right back to not turning on again. Try different brand so you don’t have hassles. And when reported to company since it was a gift they didn’t seem to care since it was free to me.

    Went in to grab some skin care. Left super irritated. Kimberly check me out. She was extremely pushy. I didn’t want to give her my phone number. I had to tell her no 5 times. She huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Super unprofessional. Make me very uncomfortable. She said it was the policy. She had a very rude tone as well.

    Really need to update their store hours, their doors say 9pm but google now says 8pm. Try to go and get some mascara and when I realized that the door was locked, the staff looked terrified, stopped what they were doing and hid from me because I believed i still had an hour to shop. Definitely don’t feel welcomed at all, specially after that reaction. I’ve had issues with the store’s staff being unfriendly and making me feel ugly and as if my business isn’t good enough because I can’t spend enough like others can. I don’t think i will ever come back at this location, i rather spend extra gas and just go Sephora or a different Ulta location instead

    I had a relatively new employee helping me to the best of her ability. She was kind and courteous. I really appreciated the time and effort she put in to helping me find a specific product. I did see her ask another employee a question for direction and the employee (or manager) was quite rude back to her. She didn't need to be treated like that.

    I went to get my hair done last Friday. The girl that help me was really nice the whole time. I was so excited to see my new look but when she dried my hair and I saw the final look I was so sad because it was something complete different of what I ask for. I didn’t say anything to the girl because I didn’t want her to get in trouble but when I got home and I saw my hair more closely I notice that she got a lot of my forehead with the color and she didn’t even clean it. She also left different shades of color all over my hair. I heard other good experiences and that’s why I decide to get my hair done here but I’m completely disappointed.
