Lovely B&B, Allison and Ray are awesome. Made us feel right at home. We had to leave early one morning, and Allison left a beautiful cup of verries and melon for us in the fridge. Lots of little extras here. Deck by river, large bathroom, and more.

We had a thoroughly wonderful stay at this lovely B and B. The setting was just beautiful, right on the Contoocook river. My room overlooked the river with a small deck off the back of the room. The food was amazing (all cooked by Alison, the owner), who was very friendly and helpful, offering us suggestions and information about the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. Check in was very easy, as she gave us very specific directions about when to arrive, and what do do upon arrival. Also, getting in/out of the Inn was through a coded door, which was easy and convenient to use. The Inn also had a lovely deck located in the back of the Inn which overlooked the river, which was a wonderful amenity for guests to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them. I would definitly recommend this lovely gem if you are visiting Henniker, NH or the surrounding areas. But book early as this place will definitely fill up fast!

This place is AMAZING! It is located 10 minutes from Pat's Peak Ski Resort and sits directly on the Contoocook River. The view alone makes it worth every penny. Everything is clean and tidy and our bed was so comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and Allison was very accommodating to our dietary needs. My favorite part was sitting in the breakfast room with the fire on, enjoying a cup of complimentary tea and just enjoying the incredible view. There are some great eating choices located very close by and a Starbucks, BONUS! The hosts are so friendly including their poodle Ted who is such a cutie. I've been to several Bed and Breakfasts and this was by far my favorite! Thank you for an enjoyable stay. :)

We booked in for a local wedding. What a wonderful stay! Beautifully decorated, clean rooms, delicious meals and very accommodating hosts. The river views are breathtaking, and there are many cozy spots throughout the house perfect for relaxing. A very short walk to quaint restaurants, shops and a covered bridge. Simply lovely!

We booked our stay for a family wedding. It could not have been better! The home is beautiful with a back deck and a sun porch with stunning views of the river. Perfect spaces for relaxing with coffee in the morning, or wine in the evening! We stayed in the front room with my 2 year old son and there was plenty of space for our pack and play. The hosts, Alison and Ray were very accommodating and were so good to my little guy and the rest of my family staying. Their dog, Ted was even a good sport with a 2 year old following him around! The breakfasts served each morning were delicious and generous! Also, perfect location to down down.We cant wait to go back and stay again! Thank you Alison and Ray for an amazing stay, it could not have been better!

We stayed a few nights for a wedding and it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The back deck was great to have to relax during the day! We can’t wait to go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Henniker House. Beautiful home and charming rooms. Extremely Clean! The Gorgeous views of the Contoocook River coupled with the babbling sound of the moving river is the perfect mix to soothe the soul. There is so much to do, activities for every interest, Allison and Ray are delightful, friendly very knowledgeable of the area. I can’t wait to go back!

The rooms and house were amazingly clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The large deck in back and the balcony off our room provided beautiful views of the river and stone bridge. Host very thoughtful and accommodating. Short walk down the street to shops and restaurants. Would have liked to stay longer!! Will come back if coming through this way again!!
