This might be the best hotel stay of my life!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very pet friendly!! We used our points for a free room and they didn’t even charge a pet fee!!! It’s so nice they have the buffet every night (and morning). I eat healthy so there’s a lot I couldn’t eat but the salad and veggies were great. The area was pretty industrial so I couldn’t walk much around there but the fitness room is great. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!💜

We almost stayed somewhere else but luckily called around. We loved that they offered 3 free drinks and buffet style dinner. The rooms are good size including bathroom. The breakfast was perfect I thought the option of regular scrambled or scrambled with bacon was a nice touch. The employees were all friendly and smiling. My only recommendation would be to lay off the pepper at dinner. I love chili and pepper but even I couldn't eat all of it on top of really peppery chicken that I liked but my wife it was too much. Over all over of my best stays in years.

We came in late with no reservation looking for a room. Stephanie was at the counter and she is the reason I am writing this review. She was welcoming, warm and upbeat. She assured me she would find a room to accommodate my family of 5. She did so quickly and made sure it suited my needs. She then checked all options for rewards and discounts and found one that gave me a better rate. Her outstanding customer service needs to be recognized. The room was clean and neat. Bathroom was very clean. Everything worked as expected. Breakfast was great the next morning and the attendant in the kitchen was also very kind. Overall, very nice place to stay. We will return!

Easy to check in- the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were absolutely awesome- kind, courteous, anxious to help with anything we asked. We met long time friends from other states and stayed three nights. All of us were so delighted with the entire experience that we decided to return here for our get together again next year. Delicious full hot breakfast And dinner every night.

Enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. I was concern about the bed being to soft but I slept very well. There was a nice selection for breakfast. I looked forward to visiting with Drury Inns in the future.

We were here for my son's wedding. All of the out of town guests stayed at the hotel and we had our rehearsal dinner in one of the conference rooms. Ron, the manager, was great! Ron and his staff went over and above what we expected! Our guests were from the east coast and never experienced the Drury Inn before and never expected such great service. By the end of the weekend we concluded that either they had great HR people that vetted their staff so well or it is an awesome company to work for! Thank you for making this weekend as stress free as you could! I wish we could have given you a 10 out of 5 stars!

Was excellent in every way. Room was very clean. Room also large with 2 queen beds and 2 large easy chairs. Food served in evening was varied and good. Also each adult good get for free 3 alcohol drinks.

All the staff that we came in contact with were wonderful! Very friendly and willing to help in whatever way. We missed the nightly kickback but it smelled wonderful and what we did see leftover as they were cleaning up looked really good. The breakfast was great too! Plenty of options available. The hotel was extremely clean.Our room was very comfortable and clean. If all the Drury Hotels are like this we will definitely make this the chain hotel we will use when we travel.

Traveling from Colorado Springs to Florida and this is half way point. Spoke to the nicest person at the front desk who was extremely helpful! Was eager to help any way possible. Ended up spending the night here and will definitely be back on return trip!

Always enjoy this Drury Hotel. From front desk to the kitchen staff and the bartender,, all are brimming over with friendliness and helpfulness. We enjoy not having to drive elsewhere for dinner after an already long day of driving. So for us the convenience of dinner and breakfast balance the slightly higher cost. Also we've found the food to have flavor which isn't always the case in budget friendly meals.

Room is always clean, the pool area is always kept clean as well. THe service at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast and supper services usually have a good variety of options. During supper if you're over 21 you can get alcoholic drink tickets, the bartenders are also fantastic! Unlike some hotels in the Mount Vernon area, if you're a resident in they turn you away, but not the Drury, so I appreciate that especially for a birthday party where you still want to do something more low-key and not necessarily travel or just do something cheap with your kids!

This is our third stay at the Drury Inn and it is our new go to hotel when in the south!! I wish they had hotels in Wisconsin! But we had a great stay and the kids got to enjoy the pool while we relaxed in the hot tub. I love that every time we stay at a Drury Inn and Suites everyone is so pleasant! It’s a little outdated with furnishing but worth every penny!! We definitely recommend it to all of our friends!

We were in Mt. Vernon IL, my husband had an doctor's appointment. We live about a hour away & decided that we would spend the night. We have stayed at Drury Inns before & were always pleased with our stay. The dining area was very large with several choices of sitting.There was a swimming pool & hot tub for the guests to use. They had an office area with a computer & desk. The lobby had a very inviting atmosphere with holiday decor. All of the staff were very polite & helpful. The hotel was very clean.

01 November 2023 This was my first stay at this Drury Inn. The very first thing I noticed was absolutely no deodorizer odor anywhere in the hotel. The staff working the front desk were hard working, friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. The manager of the hotel checked guests in and cleared tables during the evening food and drinks. My room was extremely comfortable. I slept soundly on the mattress. Evening food and breakfast were very good and well managed. I will stay at this hotel whenever I visit relatives in Illinois. I highly recommend this hotel.
