    They only had one provider working and I had to wait almost two hours. Provider said I had some unknown viral infection and that because I didn’t have a fever anymore there wasn’t much they could do for me. That was yesterday and I’m on day 5 now and still have many other symptoms. Will probably have to go to another hospital to get checked. I’m sure if they weren’t so chronically understaffed, they could’ve helped me more.

    Wow! What a great experience. A friendly, empathetic front-desk worker who really knew all the ins-and-outs. A competent Nurse Practitioner who took my issues seriously. So much better than most urgent care places I have been to! Great job everyone!

    I had a very good experience with my visit to the CareWell Urgent care center at Cambridge MA. The nurse and technician who treated me were very professional. They asked my symptoms in detail and explained all the procedures patiently. After my visit, the nurse called me again and followed up with more detailed result. She also gave me advances and suggestions. This is a great center. Thank you for your help!

    Appointments aren't real. Your name goes on the list when you arrive so don't bother with the appointment feature. I waited 4 hours for an appointment time and another hour on site before being seen. That having been said, the service was great and very efficient. The PA, Michael, was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt my issues were heard and addressed.

    I fell ill while traveling. I was so pleased to have found CareWell Urgent Care. The wait was short, the staff was great and the doctor was very thorough. I received a follow up call 4 days after my visit to relay lab results, confirm my treatment plan and check that I was feeling better. Above and beyond and very appreciated.

    Does not honor reserved times or places in line. I was told to make an appointment because there were no walk ins available, when I showed up at my scheduled time they took walk ins ahead of me and didn’t see me for over an hour. Also impossible to call on the phone. Unfortunately this was the only urgent care I could find with Covid testing, otherwise I would never come back here. CHA and Atrius are miles better.

    I was the *4th* person to enter and be seen, first thing Monday morning. The front desk staff was great - for the 2 hours in the waiting room. 1 hour in the examine room. I spent 5 minutes with the doctor who *didn't listen*. Not only did they record what I said incorrectly on my discharge sheets, it was also a misdiagnosis. They were happy to run several tests though! Suggest to avoid for anything serious.

    TLDR: poor clinic, competent care. CareWell’s inability to manage their patient schedule will always affect yours. When you schedule a time online, you are scheduling a place in line to then be told how long the wait is. Each time I return I fill out the same information in person as I do online before coming in. No matter how early I have booked at this location, I have waited 2 hours each time. On premise this could be fine, if their projections were remotely accurate. Another options could be if their staff worked to manage your appointment even remotely as hard as wait staff manage restaurant reservations. I walked to get lunch 30 minutes into my 2 hour wait. I answered the phone, returned in 5 minutes to be told my appointment was given to someone else. Sure staff are friendly but I have not had the experience that folks appear to care. The amount of effort that goes into making this a remotely good experience is none. This is a business and folks who work here seem to want to be here as little as you do. It’s one of those sad places on the planet. The care is fine. I have been here a few times and always get decent medical services. If you can, go elsewhere.

    My 9 year old woke up with pink and farewell was able to see us right away. All of the staff were so kind and kid oriented. 5 stars!

    This place was awful 5 years ago, but has since changed for the better. Post COVID they have an easy to use digital check in system. The woman at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable, the doc was thorough, helpful and gave an informed analysis of my issue. The only downside was I had to wait about an hour after i had arrived at the assigned appointment time. If they had nailed that this would have been 5 stars for me.

    Wait was short and staff was attentive enough and professional. I wouldn't come back because of the company's credit card policy ( it is the first time that a health care facility asks me to put my credit card on file)
