TLDR:
poor
clinic,
competent
care.
CareWell’s
inability
to
manage
their
patient
schedule
will
always
affect
yours.
When
you
schedule
a
time
online,
you
are
scheduling
a
place
in
line
to
then
be
told
how
long
the
wait
is.
Each
time
I
return
I
fill
out
the
same
information
in
person
as
I
do
online
before
coming
in.
No
matter
how
early
I
have
booked
at
this
location,
I
have
waited
2
hours
each
time.
On
premise
this
could
be
fine,
if
their
projections
were
remotely
accurate.
Another
options
could
be
if
their
staff
worked
to
manage
your
appointment
even
remotely
as
hard
as
wait
staff
manage
restaurant
reservations.
I
walked
to
get
lunch
30
minutes
into
my
2
hour
wait.
I
answered
the
phone,
returned
in
5
minutes
to
be
told
my
appointment
was
given
to
someone
else.
Sure
staff
are
friendly
but
I
have
not
had
the
experience
that
folks
appear
to
care.
The
amount
of
effort
that
goes
into
making
this
a
remotely
good
experience
is
none.
This
is
a
business
and
folks
who
work
here
seem
to
want
to
be
here
as
little
as
you
do.
It’s
one
of
those
sad
places
on
the
planet.
The
care
is
fine.
I
have
been
here
a
few
times
and
always
get
decent
medical
services.
If
you
can,
go
elsewhere.
