We ate here at 8pm on a weekday. Wasn’t crowded at all. Gina was super helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with my wife. We had pizza, chicken, and pasta. Very clean, nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit this place again.

Came in with a party of 8 at 1215pm on a Sunday and the place was empty other than 2 tables. The waitress got our drink orders fine but never came back to take our food order. I had to go to the kitchen to get her. At 115 we asked how much longer it was going to be. We finally got the meals at 120pm. She did ask if we needed anything else. She didnt come back to see how everything was. The food was mostly good, but the salmon was too dry, the lasagna was little too salty and the veggie gf pizza had so many garlic Cloves, it was crazy, (see the picture). The ravioli was good. I had to go find her again in the kitchen to say we were done and needed some to go boxes. We asked for 6 and got 5. Had to ask for another. There was no reason for the lack of service. Need to add gf pasta to the menu please, and gf bread would be a bonus.

Iris is beyond amazing!!!! Got our food super fast, and with an amazing smile. She is very attentive and welcoming... will come tomorrow probably the Garlic knots are to die for!!

I ordered two Bertuccis pizza and got two 7eleven pizza. The service at Swampscott stinks. I’ve never got these things at Peabody location.

The food was good, but the waitress Iris was amazing! Very attentive and quick! Will be back soon.

Usually eat in but did lunch take out. Should have been ready at noon. Still Waiting and it’s 12:15. One server , 3 tables, 2 at the bar. Server doing a good job considering she’s alone. Who I assume is the manager comes up, no apology for the wait grabs ticket says there is just one. “Oh I was just putting that together” leaves and comes back 5 minutes later. No apology for the delay again. Do better Bertuccis. Your establishment depends on it.

Went there with my kids for an early dinner. We’ve been going here for 15 years and it doesn’t disappoint! Our server, Nelly, was fantastic! Very attentive and friendly with the kids. Food was great as always!
