What a cute little place! It’s warm and homely and the jams are all so unique and delicious. They even have a jam latte! The sourdough croissant is flaky and delightful, the cardamom bun is so sweet. Going back tomorrow hopefully for the sourdough focaccia and the alchemists latte.

Alchemist's Jam in McMinnville is a gem of a bakery with incredible pastries and coffee. Freshly baked daily, each pastry is a work of art with perfect texture and flavor. The coffee is brewed to perfection, and the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends or family. Overall, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the art of pastry-making and delicious coffee.

Absolutely wonderful! I had found this gem before our Portland trip and had added it to the list but was not expecting to be as blown away as I was! We actually saw them at the Farmer's market and grabbed the Potato Galette and a cookie before some wine tasing, and honestly couldn't stop thinking about them for the entire day. The next morning, we were lucky enough to be staying a block away so we started our morning here. Its a cute little spot with a great staff! We grabbed a biscuit with marionberry jam, another sugar cookie, an apple galette and a potato galette and every single thing was phenomenal. I cannot wait for our next trip back because I can't stop thinking about how delicious everything was!

My favorite bakery! I LOVE their jam (fell in love with the raspberry cardamom flavor), savory galettes, and their buckwheat espresso cookie is divine! I like that they let you sample the jam and the customer service is so friendly. I happily make the 45 minute drive to this adorable little bakery.

Really solid coffee and treats + friendly service! Enjoyed it over the more recommended coffee spot in town.

Wow. Never heard of this place and never been here until now and, could this be the BEST BAKERY in the state!?!? The bagels are crispy on the outside and super chewy on the inside; possibly a sour dough?!?! The biscuit is crispy as well on the outside yet doughy and flakey inside. And the gallettes...wow! Sweet pie crust topped with savory goodness such as squash, ham, cheese, egg yolk, and fresh rosemary! Delicious! Oh, and I forgot, they specialize in jam preserves which are full of fruit/berry and sweet flavors; buy a jar to go!

Definitely the best bakery in Mac and maybe Oregon and maybe the world. Their sourdough focaccia is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed the scones. The vibe was so good, the staff were so kind and they even had vegan baguettes and focaccia ! Love love loved it

What an awesome place! The bread, pastries and coffee are fantastic. Front of the house team was courteous, helpful and kind. Oh and the jam! Can I give a higher rating? Wish I lived closer!
