I’ve been coming to Stone Haven for 5 yrs. Sadly, it seems like the past two years the customer service, the atmosphere, and the quality of service has gone down hill at this location in Spanish Fork. Today’s visit was uncomfortable both in terms of friendliness and the cleaning was the most painful I’ve ever had there. My husband went in, and pointed out a cavity on the X-rays the Dr. missed, and his response was, “Oh, yeah, good catch that does look like a cavity.” We’ll be looking for a new place for our cleanings. They do a good job at scheduling and rescheduling through text messages. That is convenient.

They are very very friendly, one of the dentists, I can’t remember his name, was explaining all of the tools he was using and it was kind of fun and interesting learning what the tools did and what they were. They are also very child friendly as when I went in they had one of the dentists or nurses playing and entertaining the children while the parent was getting her teeth worked on. I highly recommend this dental location :)

I had a great experience with staff here. Everyone so nice and friendly especially the front desk staff. The nice lady that cleaned my teeth was amazing. She made sure to make feel as comfortable as possible and made sure to explain my situation to me before and after the doctor came in. I can't wait to get back in. I'm sorry I can't remember anyone's name I am terrible with them!

I was treated kindly and politely by my dentist and the entire staff. I was informed of my procedures, expenses, post procedure instructions, and rescheduling for follow-up services. Majority of my time and experience in the office is with the hygienist. Past two visits were with "temporary" hygienists. Both hygienists were great. My most recent visit was excellent. Would like to schedule cleanings with a hygienist I prefer. Wondering if employing temporary hygienists is a choice the office makes or if hygienists prefer the temporary arrangement? Before I became a customer of Stonehaven, I had the same hygienist for more than a decade. I would think a dental office would see the value in retaining excellent hygienists.
