Friendly staff! My Special needs Adult daughter was treated by Brooke and Dr Morgan. She was treated so sweetly! Her follow up was taken care of by Dr Gray (go Tigers🐅) and sweet Madison! They were amazing with her!! I couldn’t have picked a better practice to provide for her! The office staff was amazing as well. Always smiling and helpful! 🩷🦷 My family and I are now happy patients of this practice!

I had an issue with a broken off piece of my tooth, they were able to get me in within an hour of me calling the office. Staff was friendly and professional, and my tooth was repaired after a quick exam and X-ray. I was obviously stressed with having broken a tooth but everyone I interacted with was calm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was amazed at the level of service even though they are not my regular dentist. After this wonderful interaction I will be moving both myself and my family’s dental care to this practice going forward.

This was my first time at Penterson and Booth. It was a lovely experience right from the front reception staff. Everyone was very nice and so friendly. They were actually happy that my insurance covers cleanings every 3 months, confirmed they could accommodate that schedule and booked me for the next 2 appointments right away. My previous practice couldn’t even get me in for a cleaning every 6 months. The doctor was engaging and thorough. They do a gum health check which I’ve never had done all over my mouth before. I’m thrilled with the change in practices!

I came in to pay on my husband's bill. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We both have had dental work and deep tissue cleaning since Feb. Have never had to wait. I made 2 after work calls and was handled immediately. This is the best dental practice I have been to in Midlothian. Recommend this practice very highly

Brooke is a very nice hygentist and always asks about my health, both mouth & over all. The reception I received entering & leaving was very welcoming with big smiles. Dr Lynn is thoughtful and always asks if I have any concerns or questions.

No wait, staff was exceptionally professional and pleasant. Office staff had requested year-end summary ready when I left. Doctor and hygienist was comfortable & quick.
