This was our first visit to any medical facility in about four years. We found the staff and medical personnel to be friendly and responsive. Asked all the right questions and listened well. Also, they are very efficient without sacrificing care so the wait time was very reasonable and the wait area comfortable and clean. Satisfied with our experience.

Yesterday was the first time I went to Urgent Care with my 6 year old daughter and it was a wonderful experience! It was quick, easy check in, clean rooms & great staff. Our nurse Lauren was amazing and so sweet and gentle with my daughter and gave her a bunch of her favorite stickers! The doctor we had was also wonderful! She was so kind and patient. Our entire visit was perfect! I don't have a single complaint.

ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care had phenomenal staff that were helpful in both navigating the finances of my visit as well as addressing my medical concerns. Their costs are extremely reasonable even without insurance and everyone in the office was friendly and kind. My visit was with a doctor named Glenn who was outstanding and helpful. They take good care of their patients and I can't recommend them enough.

It was convenient, clean and organized. Very busy and some employees a bit short tempered but perhaps because it was busy. It wasn’t the patient’s fault for needing to come due to fear of a fracture. The hospital’s ER would probably have been 5-6 hours vs 2.5 hours. Over all due to the patient’s necessity it was felt a need to go there. Not sure about the other patients. Maybe they couldn’t get in to see their pcp.

Super friendly and helpful! So nice when you feel terrible. Getting my prescription there was the perfect icing on the cake! I highly recommend this urgent care.

The doctor who I saw, wish I could remember her name 😵‍💫 she listed to what I said, treated me and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok without questioning how well I know my own body!! We need more doctors like her! I registered online, got in pretty quick when I got there and was out the door in about 40 min! Great experience! It was also very nice they were still open at 6:30 on a Saturday night! Oh! And the receptionist was very helpful and kind as well!

We always have a good experience here. They take us seriously and make it a priority to figure out what’s wrong instead of brushing us off and if it isn’t something they can treat they offer great advice and options for things we can do on our own. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Awesome visit. Every staff member I interacted with were professional, concerned and timely. They diagnosed my health issue and now two days out I’m feeling 99% better. I am sure to feel 100% by morning. Thanks for a great service everyone!
