Amazing service here. This is my first riding season so there’s some things I’m still learning and the guys here aren’t afraid to share their knowledge with you . Everyone is very friendly , and gives great customer service. ( including the pups! ) I don’t trust anywhere else to work on my bikes . The one time I did I had a bad experience. And on top of the compliments I’ve stated ; Cycle design is by far the fairest pricing in the area for service work . Don’t hesitate; if your shopping in the area or need service go see joe and Ryan and get your bike fixed right the first time .

I had a great experience with Cycle Design. The communication was fast and professional and I got the most competitive price relative to other dealers in my area. I drove about 1 hour and 40 minutes to get to them. They were also able to register and inspect the motorcycle in-house, so the bike was ready to ride when I picked it up! i went to cycle design to get a new tire put on the wheel of my wife's Honda pcx150 that she bought there 5 years ago. there service is super nice and there very knowledgeable. while i was there i kept looking at the Suzuki drz400sm. the people there never bothered me or hounded me. they were there if i needed them and in this case i did. i bought the drz400. they made everything so easy and very enjoyable. its really nice to enter a place like cycle design and really feel comfortable in there. the greeters they have that greet you at the door are the best too.

I arrived at the store knowing I wanted this bike. There were no hassles trying to upsell. Nobody stood over my shoulder when I needed some thing I asked, personally I prefer it that way. They were super kind, super friendly, and very very helpful during the registration and titling process. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike and they have one you like in stock buy from these people they’re pretty great.

I bought a brand new hot off the manufacturing line 2023 Honda FourTrax Rancher! Ryan was extremely helpful in showing me around the shop and explaining EVERYTHING there was to know about the machine I wanted. We had been looking for a pair of Honda Navis all summer when I saw Cycle Design had a couple listed on their website. I called, and sure enough, they were available, and Jayma put them on hold for us, which was a welcome surprise after several dealerships listed bikes online that were already sold. Went in and everything was as expected, put a deposit down Friday night and picked them up Saturday afternoon. Quick and friendly service, Jayma was great to work with, and a pack of canine greeters met us at the door. Nice small town dealership, I'm sure I'll be back for parts down the road.

I had a '03 Yamaha Grizzly 660 that I used for plowing and off-roading. When it was time to trade it in on a new ATV I went to Cycle Design. Ryan and Jayma were most helpful and put together a package that blew me away, a '22 Suzuki King Quad 750, with a 54" Warn plow. They delivered the completely assembled setup in record time and I'm looking forward to enjoying my new ATV for snow plowing and then for some off-road FUN, next year!
