Hate
to
have
to
leave
this
review,
especially
since
I
was
asked
by
the
stylist
not
to
because
it
would
“hurt
her
career”
yet
there
was
no
consideration
for
the
money
I
spent
or
damage
to
my
hair.
After
my
first
session
with
Cassidy,
after
coming
home
I
immediately
noticed
some
brassy
strips
near
the
front
of
my
face
but
thought
after
a
few
washes
it
would
get
it’s
true
color.
I
didn’t
reach
out
to
her
until
12
days
b/c
on
top
of
being
pregnant/in
the
middle
of
a
move,
I
was
extremely
busy.
The
gal
who
answered
the
phone
said
she
would
get
me
in
to
get
it
fixed.
I
then
received
a
phone
call
from
Cassidy
that
I
would
be
charged.
I
agreed
and
showed
up
to
the
appt.
She
then
asked
if
I
wanted
to
try
and
go
lighter,
I
said
yes.
I
also
asked
if
we
could
go
higher
up
on
my
roots
to
make
the
‘change’
more
noticeable.
She
agreed
and
said
we
could.
I
was
never
advised
that
doing
so
would
cause
an
orange
band
(as
you
can
see
in
photos)
then
her
and
Heidi
put
some
additional
toners
to
help
even
out
the
colors
and
left
me
with
grey
streaks
at
the
roots
and
said
it
would
change
colors
in
the
next
few
washes.
5
washes
later
it
did
not
change
colors.
I
was
so
devastated,
luckily
I
was
back
in
town
with
my
hairstylist
and
she
told
me
all
the
mistakes
that
were
made
by
the
hairstylist.
As
a
client
and
clearly
not
the
professional,
I
would
assume
to
receive
professional
advice.
Instead,
the
pressure
of
doing
what
I
wanted
resulted
in
a
experiment.
I
spent
almost
$300
to
have
my
hair
DESTROYED.
I
asked
for
a
refund
since
I
was
quoted
$300-$400
for
a
color
correction
and
was
told
she
could
only
refund
me
$60
because
at
the
salon,
I
said
“I
loved
it”
after
my
first
session.
I
was
also
told
I
would
receive
a
call
from
Heidi
by
today
and
not
only
did
I
not
receive
a
call,
but
I
did
not
receive
a
refund.
Oh
AND
my
hair
is
literally
breaking
off!!
I
would
not
recommend
this
place,
it
has
been
the
worst
hair
experience
I’ve
ever
had
in
my
life!
UPDATE:
Finally
went
in
to
get
this
disaster
fixed
and
guess
what
they
found.
A
BLEED
mark!!
(Last
pic)
Shame
that
the
owner
continues
to
defend
her
employee
instead
of
having
her
take
responsibility
for
her
actions.
