Arrived @ 6:10am @ 12:04 I was told to back the truck at door #37 It's 2:30pm and I'm still sitting here with red light blinking... God knows what time I'll get out of here .. 😵 Do not get another load before you leave this place because you may not be able to honor the appointment ! I'll 🙏 pray to never have to come back to US FOODS in general 💀

6 hours and counting for 10 pallets and the lumper still wants to be paid. Avoid delivering here at all costs, ill never be coming back. By the way they charge late fees but refuse to pay them to drivers.

Checked in at 9:30am for a 10am appointment. Got a door at, 11.15am started to unload at 2 somethingpm. Out by 3 pm Dont show up late. There are fees

The ladies in the office are very nice. Horrible CAPSTONE Services. They let me waiting for several hours after getting unloaded because they have negligence to remove the lock on my airline, even when the office notified twice about it.

06:00 appointment. Checked in 05:30 and out by 06:40. Pretty fast. No overnight parking. Room for backing and maneuvering. Friendly people at guard shack and receiving. Must wear a safety vest and take seal in with you when going in to receiving for door assignment.

good customer service especially when it come to pick up orders early morning before the rush, and my agent alyssa always helpful when i have an issue with my orders

Very Bad company for Drivers and owner op . They charge 100 dollars late fee per hour. They Don’t give grace time not even 30 minutes. This company suck they talk to drivers with attitude and long unloading time got there at 7 am with 6 pallets only. I left by 10 am.

If i can give zero stars i would. They dont deserve a fuccin star at all. Loooong wait. Takes out half of your 11hr. Stupid lousy people
