Good location near to bus stand. Complimentary breakfast provided is good. Courteous staff. Bathroom fittings are getting old. Needs improvement. Better lighting can be provided inside the room. Altogether stay was comfortable.

In May, 2022 we booked for our reception function. I had a worst experience for my entire life time, they given a wrong commitment to us. Also we booked a room for fresh up It's also not given to us at the function time. As they said meals are unlimited and they can prepare extra food also if needed, it's all fake. Don't trust. Staffs are only taking responsibility for collecting money. Staff are also not responding properly after we paid.

Very courteous reception staff. Lovely rooms. Best part is 24 hour checkout. Restaurant service is very slow and needs to learn from the reception team. The tea is excellent at the restaurant, the one served in the room wasn't good, had to return it. Resto staff need to smile more!

This facility is located in the heart of a shopping area in Salem. The rooms are spacious but very dimly lit. The hotel though was built well with all amenities, is not maintained well and so we found a lot of accessories in the room and bathroom broken. The moment we alighted from the lift, we were suffocated by the smoke smell. The guests do not adhere to the NO Smoking sign instructions and cause severe inconvenience to the other guests. However, the staff are very faithful and honest.. We forgot an expensive smart watch in the room while checking out but the staff had sincerely logged the watch in the reception counter and returned.

This Hotel is associated by Jewelry Shop we are old customer from my grandfather generation. That the owner was was very kind and lovable with response person. But i dont know how he keep very worst hotel staffs. Actually i gone to book banquet hall for conference when i enter in reception refer one guy he told wait for some time after one of admin person came he told banquet person not available and he shown hall after. When i come down he asked food menu details i speaking with him that the banquet person came and that admin person informed him about my booking details suddenly banquet response person told we cant provide round table its charge with transport if agreed means i give u the detail otherwise please excuse simple he getout. So please be careful before booking I expected response from GM or Management side. Thanks

I wanted to book the party hall here for the engagement function . Thought to buy the jewellery as well from their shop itself which is adjacent. But when I entered this place, the security ( 2 wheeler parking) was rude . All of them had the same attitude. They thought as I went in bike, no need to give respect. I saw them giving respect to those coming in car . Because of this bad experience at the beginning itself, I didn't proceed with the booking . My kind suggestion if you have car, go here because then only you will be treated well . There are many good hotels in the nearby location which will be better choice. Note to the incharge : we have booked hall in CJ palazzio and bought all the wedding jewellery in their jewellery shop itself .

Had good stay. Room is neat and clean. Hotel bed is not like regular spring bed. Highly Comfortable. Friendly staff and good service . Only some cleanliness improvements needed in bathroom areas. Otherwise very good stay for businesses class hotel

I feel,this is the very worst hotel in salem city.all money minded and lazy people. I had stayed with my family at hotel nearly 3 weeks. when I vacated, they charged me for just water.but they mentioned, it was free.

Very very Worst hotel. I had my reception here. The maintenance is very poor and they didn't even have a power back up so AC was not functioning and they not even provided a fan at that time. My whole reception became a bad moment because of their nonsense maintenance. Food served to the relations were spoiled. If anyone knows how to raise a complaint to govt officials regarding this please guide me.

I went for my friend engagement on Hotel AMR selam. We find the location very easily. But the function happened in AC hall. But I found that is not worth theri is no airconditioner facility in the hotel. That is very much disappointment, rectify the issue atleast.

Theft happens here and also their CCTV cameras doesn't work. So please be careful for your belongings as they might enter your room without your permission. There will be no assistance if you complaint them. My was stolen from my room and their lame excuse is that the Cameras are not working what should we do

Rooms and amenities are good but very poorly maintained and the room service was very very poor one has to wait for 20-30min each time for even simple tea coffee request. We took 3 rooms in that one room and lobby was stinking with cigrette smell.... Not really worth for the money spent.

This hotel popular among locals for its function halls - three of them. The approach road from old bus stand to the hotel now well laid from Four roads service lane & coming from new bus stand better take u turn at four roads junction on service lane. Car parking is tough and they are giving valet parking facility for people attending functions. Restaurant is on the basement and food is good. Passage between rooms are narrow and dark even in day time.

Good location Beautiful rooms Service by staff is very very poor. If you book thro Goibibo, they treat you as an unwanted customer. While giving a room to me, they even don't tell which floor is my room and they don't send person to carry my luggage. Room service is still worst.They took 45 minutes to serve my morning coffee which I ordered. Bathroom drains are choked. I don't recommend this to any one.

Budget friendly best hostel at this price. Pros are well designed rooms and very neat washrooms.. Cons- hot water is nly available in mrng time. - food here is not great as hotel as such, but wen food is compared to major restaurants in salem from wat i saw may be more palatable here.

Excellent budget hotel. Super friendly staffs. Decent complimentary south indian breakfast . Always opt for rooms fitted with new split AC. Cooling effect on the rooms with centralised AC is very poor in Summer Toilets are slipppery and need to be careful when it is wet. Over all it is very good place for Family seeking Budget Stay with quality rooms

We had great experience in the hotel. Mr. Kalai was highly supportive and rendered best possible services. The entire team was highly dedicated and provided excellent facilities. The rooms were neat and clean. The banquet hall was great. Food facilities were good. Thanks to the entire team and management.

Never recommend this hotel for family stay. Once you walked down the corridor, we can feel the cigarette and other hard smells. No hot water facility in the room and you will get hot water only between 5 AM to 6PM. Front desk guys least worried about your complaints and always direct us to report to manager. Rain water got into the room when we stayed here and also had a bad sleep for two days due to the bugs and dusts in the bed. Even after we paid the full amount in advance for two days stay, they called after 24 hour and ask whether we are vacating. Horrible!!
