Awesome service! The prices were okay and the food tasted good. The staff were super super polite and helpful. They were watching a cricket match when we arrived (there was no one else in the restaurant I think because of covid) in a Tamil channel. When we asked them to switch to an English sports channel to watch the dame match, they even changed the songs they were playing to English songs. And I LOVED their collection of songs. They were super attentive to us. And I especially loved their chocolate brownie with ice cream.

We all had severe food poisoning the next day of having food from here. They did not have most of the cocktails on the menu. Neither they have most of the liquor items. Two beer options available.. Service was pretty good. 2/5.

Cloud 9 Bar service is perfect and more Mr. Vetri (manager) is head of the performance is good. Then Mr. Ranjith service perfect and well active and Mr. Santhosh also good performance 👍

Not bad but it could have been better. Good Ambiance but Service will take about 15 to 20 mins to get a drink ! Not many cocktails available!

Last week I went to the grand palace hotel for my dinner at cloud 9 bar . Really I happy to say this ,, 🥃 liquor service was very good .. and speciality cocktail was very sprb "Arabic lion " that cocktail was hosaum making by bar tender Mr Ranjith and Thanks to Mr. Santhosh service was good and Thanks to Mr. Vetri Bar Manager ...

Quality of food was extremely good. Well mannered staffs. We were so busy in eating that we forget to click photos of the food 😅

The environment food and drinks are soo good... We tried alcohol for the first time and it's good.. Specially blue shark, fire dragon are awesome. Friendly service, thanks to Bar manager Mr. Vetri, bartender Mr. Ranjith and santhosh. My friends and i had a good time here.

Food is good. Both the quantity and taste wise it's nice. Even the ambience with the billiards table and projector with live match screening set a good mood. However the service is pretty slow even after ordering via the website we had to follow up with the servers as they missed the first order. Overall a decent place.

Nothing great.... The lounge is pretty basic... ordered a few snacks. Was ok... Nothing different from any other small restaurant.... Just a hype since it's on top of a hill.

Nice place to grab a drink and some nice food. Quick service, nice ambience and they had an option for kids - dal khicidi... Nice to some soothing food for kids.

The best place to chill in Yercaud. Severely understaffed but one Praveen is very courteous. A one man army. He certainly deservesa raise. The food tastes great! However, stick to standard liquor instead of experimenting.

It's ok place... Not that great... Don't go with high expectations... The billiards game sticks was broken... So the maintenance is very poor that's the only issue

Lovely place and location to have any meal. We went there for dinner on Saturday evening and we're very impressed by the service and hospitality. Decided to go again for lunch on Sunday afternoon and we're thoroughly satisfied and happy about our decision. Staff was super good. Abarna served with a smile on her face and welcomed to the place even when it was still being opened. She had been working previous night too and inspite that as alert. Chef was there too and obliged with every small request. He too was present the previous day. It is the experience which makes one come back to such places again and again.
