A pleasant family restaurant In a calm ambiance . One of the Best places for tandoori in salem . Must try their pepper bbq chicken , chicken platter , chilly fish . Chicken man how soup was simply too good 🔥.Their noodles and fried rice were average. Only con is their mayonnaise is not free but they provide a good mint chutney with their chicken . Have a visit and won’t be disappointed. Friendly service and gloomy ambiance . Parking is along roadside . 👍✌️

Nice place and nice ambiance. It is very dark place with single hanging light. Good for couples. Taste wise good. But price is costly. Serving time is ok. They service fast even crowded time. Ordered chicken tandoori platter. There are 6 varieties with each variety 2 pieces. Can try chicken platter, cost 500. Can go with family. They have added new items in menu list. Check price and menu.

Loved the food actually we were missing spicy food on our tour and finally we found this on google map and took a stop for quick lunch and we had good lunch after 4 days of out journey to Kodaikanal and we really enjoyed the food and taste and quantity was good *Go ahead and order your favourites if you are from Telangana or Andhra (especially)

I’ve visited this restaurant a couple times over the years. Appreciate the ambience but it’s too dark for a restaurant, they could make a bit brighter. Definitely worth visiting for having their grilled bbq chicken. North Indian gravies were okay (chicken Hyderabadi ,not flavourful, paneer masala was good, gobi manchurian, dragon chicken are always great to eat, easy choices to make. Soups were bit too thick for our tasting, however just let it cook for a minute or two for them to settle. Manchow chicken soup was filled with green chilli and they need to work on spice levels. (Too spicy, not healthy) Service is always good and prompt, waiters are attentive.

Juicy chicken.....all food tastes good... But the service is poor

This spot is just for people who want to waste time or spend more time in the name of food. Never go there if you are single, hungry or if you are in a hurry with other important stuff to be done on time. Takes more time to serve the dish ordered, I thought like did they just forget what we ordered, half way when you feel of moving out, they will serve half of the items u ordered and the rest of the dish u will receive only after you think of waste of time waiting for the dish ordered and about to move out. Literally they will play with your hunger and nerves if ur in a hurry. Couples who doesn't want to be spotted by others and waste time in a dark place without someone identifying you and informing to family, this spot is for you alone. Enjoy. Would never recommend this for planned people and time calculative people. They will get on your nerves. Food wise, don't try briyani if u want an authentic proper briyani. Literally they changed the briyani feel to a fried rice feel with no masala. Try it if you want something different. Don't know who named their dishes briyani and why. Still intrigued, haven't they tasted briyani before.

I visited them on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and most of the items listed in the menu are not available. Even fruit juices, ice cream etc were not available on a Sunday afternoon is pretty bad other than that the service was good and the quality of the food was pretty good. I had mutton fried biryani and chilli prawns and they tasted good with excellent quality. The atmosphere was a bit unique and dark, but too dark for my liking. Parking space is minimal.

Tandooriwala - A pleasant family restaurant in Salem. The restaurant is situated near Sona college - outskirts for salem crowd. The outward look of the restaurant is little odd compared to interior. Service is good and fast. I felt the ambiance was too dark with single hanging lights. Parking was very difficult as it is in main road. Food was amazing, the quantity is less compared to the price. The tandoori and breads are cooked well and great.

Good one with better service. Their alfaham is the best one. Taste and quality is maintained same. Ambience is good. Only negative may be their wash area. Taps aren't maintained well. One tap was not working.

A very decent food joint for grill & tandoori item in Salem ... Situated enroute to Salem Bus stand , place offers a decent spacing for dine with wide variety of items in menu.🩶 Their famous pepper grilled chicken was exceptionally good when partnered with Garlic Naan. Pricing is reasonable, even though they compesates it with quality. Parking space is very limited as it's very near to National Highway. Details to service & cleanliness is commendable. Ambiance created is good but with bad & very low lighting 🔆 Place is family friendly & highly recommend if in search for good grilled & BBQ delicacy in & around Salem town. 👍

Ambiance and the vibe of this place is just awesome. Vegetarian food also available here. Tandoori items are very tasty. Service is fast. Value for money, overall good experience.

The food here is amazing! We ordered their lolipop chicken, roti, laccha Paratha was amazing, chicken fried rice was a little oily but good, alfagham chicken was so good!! The ambience is very dark it could have been a little brighter Service is good!

Pretty good eatery with rustic ambience and good service I've tried Veg hot and sour soup (Rs.120) Spicy veg soup tasted good Chicken sizzler (Rs.550) Which includes: Bowl of rice 2 Naan (4piece) French fries Plain gravy 6 varieties of tandoori (2 pieces in each variety) They were served sizzling hot and has unique taste also scrumptious too Paid extra for mayonnaise Alu paratta (Rs.60) And finally ended meal with lime soda (Rs.70) Neat place to hangout and have some Efficient food

So it was just a catch-up with fnds n visited tandoori wala.The food was amazing, i really enjoyed every dish and it's not just me n my friends too. Never expected this taste since i have already visited this place.but it's perfect this time. We ordered dragon chicken, chichen bbq, Schezwan chicken noodles, garlic naan, cheese naan, tandoori roti, mutton Rohan Josh gravy, chicken sizzler , Oreo shake...all the dishes was just delicioussass... Thanks for the good food!!! Would recommend this place food has all my heart❤️

Food was between okay and good. Some of the items could have been better. I felt the ambience was too dark.parking was very difficult as it s on main road.

One of the underrated non veg hotel in salem.... taste 5/5 stars, quality 5/5 stars, quantity 5/5 stars, ambience 5/5 stars, cleanliness 5/5 stars. Worth for your money... the chicken they serve are very tender... best thing I suggest people to dine in instead of take away... opening time is afternoon 12 pm... lime soda is also best. Try their pepper BBQ which is ultimate...
