We were looking for candle light dinner for our anniversary and got recommended of this place. Booked late afternoon and they accommodated my request. When we went we were totally surprised by the decoration and the hospitality. Kripa was the manager who checked us often.all those who waited and served us did an awesome job. They had a cake and wished us with a song. They took pics and surprised us with a greeting and printed photo of us when we left. Totally flawless and had such a wonderful time. On top of this,their food was fantastic. Overall a place you could surprise your loved ones without a doubt. The chef personally wished us and got the feedback. This place has very good buffet with a lot of variety to choose with. I had been here on my business trip and during my stay at Radisson Salem. I had my dinner in this restaurant.

Best place to hang in with our closed ones.. Loved the cool and private environment.. A must visit place in Salem for the special occasions💜

Wonderful and open air ambience. Friendly staff and service. Beautiful interiors. Nice choices of starters and salad/desserts. Tasty grilled starters, salad and desserts. Main course was just Nawabi Biriyani and Naan/roti + dal makhani, which was average. They also have mocktails and drinks. A bit expensive since it's in Radisson, but I would prefer this over other grills like Barbeque Nation, Absolute Barbeque etc. Good place to spend a few nice hours with family. 10% discount with the Radisson members card, which I forgot to avail.. lol.

The arrangement for the dinner was very beautiful.Special mention, Mr. Muthu and Mr.Gopi attended us well.The services provided by them was highly appreciated.

We were staying at the hotel on route to our destination. There were a couple of options to dine and we decided on grills by the promenade. The ambience is nice and warm with a nice Green touch . They have a nice fireplace which added to the aesthetic. Food was basically a fixed menu (think barbecue nation)but they had a good choice of grills for both vegetarian and non vegetarians and it didn’t disappoint. The grilled pineapple was fabulous as was girdled mutton patties. The grilled mushrooms were. Nice as well. The lamb chops could have been better. We also had the strawberry daiquiri and whiskey sour both were nice. The service was nice and the staff very friendly.Although it was a quiet Sunday, Gobi, Charith,Naveen, Arul and Kruba we fantastic with the service. Thank you.

Amazing service in the open air grill restaurant! Went quite late and close to the closing time when the climate was perfect outside but still had a no rush and polite service throughout. It must have been a 20 course set menue and several dishes were freshly prepared on the grill just in front of us. Took the veggie set menu and the highlights from what I can still remember were the soup, mock fish, fresh dips, home made stuffed pasta and panna cotta desert 😊

Great place to socialize with privacy. Courteous and friendly staff and a great atmosphere to spend the night. Must visit if you prefer fine dining in privacy. Buffet is worth it with high quality food but more variety would be welcome

We had a good experience in Grill by Promenade in Radisson Salem. Liju and Gopi attended our table and customised our request for the grill and the food was delicious. The sous chef Koteeswaran dropped by to check on us frequently if we were ok with the food. The overall experience was good.

I can highly recommend this dinner experience. You can choose different non-veg and veg options. Mr Satish, Mr Gunar and the Chef Mr Kotteeswaran and Mr Dinar were extremely helpful. We don't like chillies and they made extra effort to make it happen that the food was exactly to our taste - Thank you very much! The Soup - esp the Cream of Mushroom Soup was awesome. The desserts were alle extremely tasty - especially the eggles Berry Pastry has delicious.
