Everyone knows KFC. It's one of the best FRIED CHICKEN among the city. And it has its own legacy. The brand itself gives a good thought about the food. Nice place to hangout. Sanitation and temperature check is there. The payments are done through all UPI payments. Restrooms are there. The gaps are in the seating arrangements for social distancing due to Covid. Its worth for the money. I like the chicken strips, wings and the lef pieces the most in the shop. Takeaway is also available here. The takeaway parcel is also ECO-FRIENDLY. The staffs are very kind and polite. The place is usually crowded in the weekend.

Worst Experience. Parking is in hidden place no security to assist the blocking car to enter parking. Tables are not clean. And the main part is food is not upto KFC standards. We got oily Burger, dry cold fries and I have no words to make it believe it's has brown. Staff will count and give you tissues and extra ketchup packets. I don't know if they have to update daily tissue count to the manager. Please avoid as much as possible. Better try Burger King at Reliance mall.

This outlet and its interiors are shabby and too old. Food was really great with fresh chicken and good amount of sauce and dips.. again the washroom is not clean and not maintained properly. Recommended only for takeaway orders..

Worst customer service! Doesn't check the order properly. They sent a wrong food item. When called to ask, they kept on talking without listening and justified that the order was sent correctly. KFC need to work on their customer service skills. Both phone support and in store support.

Worst customer service. Had made a takeaway order (28524) at 9.00 pm tonight and they made us wait for 30 minutes. When we raised questions about the delay only they realized they had misplaced our order slip. Despite their mistake they neither apologized nor made any attempt to complete the order. Only after creating a scene they fulfilled the order. It took them more than 45 minutes to deliver A burger, a large popcorn chicken and a small fries. Worst behaviour!

The best place to hangout with friends and family. Located at the heart of salem. The staffs are cool and accommodations. Have to say that the ambience is too good. The dishes tastes good and amazing as well. They handle the crowd in an excellent way. If you are trying it you won't regret it...

Food was good but...we had to call a staff three or four times to clean our table from the customers before us for us to sit and have our food.

A big fan of KFC. When I approached to order , Staffs were talking to themselves in a loud way. Their system billing software was out of order. They didn’t give me bill. They just noted in a paper and served me the food. This is the first time I’m seeing in a KFC. Food was good as usual. Plz look into this. KFC has an image to maintain.

Chicken tastes good. Not sure if it is because of Monosodium Glutamate the most important secret ingredient. Please try to consume it very rarely, just to satisfy your taste buds.

Good ambience, can improve a bit when compared to other kfc's

Location and ambience is good. But prepration wise, require a lot of improvement. The crispy chicken has a coat of chilly powder which makes the food too spicy.

Good place. Proper social distancing and safety regulations followed during this pandemic situation. Recently I visited with my family and tasted big bucket full of yummy chicken. It was truly good. Had a great experience @ KFC Very neat and well organized for following social distancing from entrance to counter and dining area.

Worst KFC I ever visited. Poor service. Even in this hot summer no AC inside. Today the card machine didn't work. Eventually they had only one machine for all. Google pay is not accepted too Overall dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend Salem KFC at all @KFC.
