After the recent visit, sad to say that the quality of food items were a far cry from the great reputation this restaurant had in the past. The customer care is very poor. The grill chicken had a raw flavour to it and tasted awful, we even returned the dish which had been served and they happily billed us for it without feeling any remorse.. They lack any kind of professionalism, and the ambience is not good at all. The hand wash space is dirty and stinking. recommend not to visit this restaurant and save your valuable time & money

I ordered chicken briyani, mutton briyani, parotta and guntur chicken fry. Both briyanis are super tasty and the parotta and chicken fry too were yummy. Chicken and mutton briyani tastes almost same. The meat is of good proportion, juicy and well cooked. The briyani is not too spicy, that's why children too love it. There are nice quotes all around in the restaurant and has simple interiors and comfortable seatings. All the dishes are priced between 100 to 250 rupees which is justified for the quality and quantity they offer. Overall it's a default stop for briyani if you are craved for. Their dishes will definitely satisfy anyone's taste buds....

Had no other option so went here as it was closing time still the people working there helped in getting the food. A big thanks for that courtesy. Taste was good but Still the gravy didn't bind with the chicken pieces. If that was done properly it would have been a real treat to your tongue. Wanted to give 5* for their service. But food is just worth for 3*. Keep up the good work and go for more trophies in the coming years. Best service in all the star biryani outlets I visited so far.

Good service chinna and very nice taste.

We are disappointed with chicken tikka. It is not all cooked well. All masala are raw on it. Also in menu card they mentioned 8pcs for chicken tikka but it was only 5pcs and satisfied with biryani. We purchased on May 1st. If anyone who is reading this from STAR briyani, try to don't cheat customers.

Great place to go for authentic Ambur Biryani. Taste and quality wise best one. Price is on little higher side. Spacious but some construction is going on the floor above restaurant. Recommended speciality: Chicken sholey.

Definitely this location is spoiling the name of Franchise. The place is unclean, messy, long waiting time, only two servers. Worst star biriyani location ever. Not even the seating arrangements are good. They are giving more attention only to online delivery. Must pay attention if the franchise wishes to keep their name. Would not recommend this place

We should visit only for biriyani not other menus.. Biriyani taste is good. My favourite is Mutton biriyani. Mutton is of good proportion, juicy and well cooked. The briyani is not too spicy, that's why children too love it. Other than biriyani all other menus are not good.. even soup is not good. Grilled chicken is not boiled well.. if you ask staffs about this, they will start lecturing you like grilled chicken is good to eat when it's half boiled.. They won't accept their mistakes.. so if you plan for star biriyani, order only biriyani and don't order other menus..

Star Biryani is the best Biryani. Especially Mutton biryani. Mutton pieces in it was so soft and juicy. Must try - Chettinad style starters are really good and tastes awesome.
