Yesterday we are eat chicken biryani and mutton biryani with my friends biryani is look like a tomato rice taste also, I feel very worst ,,😶👎👎👍👍👍,I reduced star 🌟 rating 4 to 2..

1. Taste is really good when compared to other shops. 2. One of my regular shop to get dinner. 3. Ordered Egg rice, biriyani, Nan with butter chicken and shawarma and grill. 4. Quantity wise also good. 5. Worth for money. 6. Cost wise affordable rates only not too high. 7. Biriyani will be bit 🔥🔥, for plain biriyani they il provide an omelet. 8. Parking is main issue, need to park along road side. 9. Every time crowded, take away will take mini 30 mins. 10. All mode of payment is available. 11. Compared to last time fried rice quantity has been reduced, but fine for one person. 12. Dining is available with both AC and non AC.

My all time favourite hotel in Salem. Food served is prepared in a very quality and hygiene manner . There are lots of non veg varieties available that we can get only in a 5 star hotel. The best non veg restaurant in Salem.

I've been tasting in this restaurant since 2005, till now the quality of food is good. Mostly I used to take away but yesterday I went for dine. First they impressed by serving the Mayonise by bringing it in the jug most of the restaurant will mix water to it and pour it like curd but here it was their own preparation with garlic flavour. Really these guys are grill specialists. Overall taste was excellent..

Was a wonderful restaurant, I doubted with it's outer experience and we have only ordered online... Today it was my first dine in, a suttle/tasty /juicy/ tender grill chicken got to be tasted and delicious butter chicken totally it was a great food. The real grill experts... 😍

Restaurant is bit open. Service by staff is fast , delivery of food takes a bit time. I had briyani it is super tasty, alfaham is okay and shawarma is also good.

Fraud hotel. Directly i visit this hotel today. I asked combo biriyani, they told combo biriyani not available i asked again any other combo. They clearly say we don't have combo biriyani. Same time I order combo biriyani in Zomato they will provide the food. Biyani available la erukam grill chicken erukam but combo mattum ilaiyam. Zomato ku mattum tharuvangallam..

Shawarma is fully stuffed with chicken worthy for each penny but less Mayo can ask upfront if you need more Mayo. Soup is filled with chille chicken and not boiled chicken. Briyani was tasty. Can go for treat quantity is high like wise the price as well but still worthy.

Stopped by for a Shawarma.,, Awesome as usual.. Enjoying eating here for over a decade now.. One of the must try hotels in Salem.

Waste ever in Salem.This hotel is simply waste they don't have difference in Atta and maida. There are so many reasons to not visit this hotel again. some of them I will try to list out 1) Rude behaviour of management 2) They think atta and maida is same 😂 3) Food quality is worst like they use day time cooked rice in night veg fried rice 4) we have asked for paneer chetainad and they given lot sipcy curry in that few paneer pieces were floating and they charged for same of Rupees 180. In my advise don't visit this hotel there are so many good hotel in Salem even in lower price than this. Especially I would request you all don't visit this hotel after 10pm at any cost bcz this manager was full out of control (Loaded with ganja and alcohol)

Waste for money isn't worth iam order plain biryani- 140 and chicken 65 bonless-200 totally 357 biryani it's ok but one grevy given for biryani it's phethetic smile coming ......and the chicken also one and of inch piece only 10 piece it's not good iam disappointed....... very worst experience.......

Hey ,I was once a good fan of blue moon but today I visited them which a total disappoint for me ...food was soo average compare to it's price which is too high for its atmosphere..no AC and no good ventilation too and compare to their food taste the price is intolerable for me ...i ordered chicken biryani that exactly taste like nothing but masala rice ..then their tandoori is fine but a quater piece cost me around 210 ...worst to the core totally 635 waste in my view ...no satisfaction in food... Nd too today after coming home I feel some food poison and headache may be in few days if these symptoms worsen I would preferably file about them for sure

No respect to customer. Was waiting for more than 15 mins to get a seat. None ever tried to arrange. Ensure whether you get a seat before you step in..

I have ordered chicken biryani thandoori combo through swiggy, cost is 300rs but it is not at all worth for money and biriyani rice and chicken piece was worst in quality and rice is not at all eatable. Tandoori chicken was bit OK. I felt I ordered worst food and waste of money. They should not sell this kind of food do customer. The item in the menu is different and what they delevered is different. Should not cheat the customer because they have lot of expectations on ordering.

I ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Grill chicken, I got grill chicken within a minute, They didn't give chicken fried rice even we ate half grilled chicken. Wait for 30 minutes and then we cancelled that order and only paid for grilled chicken. Very Disappointed..

Recently I have visited this hotel with my North Indian friends for the dinner first my. Friends was sitting on the table they don't know the language but basically iam from salem city only and my friends asked the menu to the service provider but he had refused to give the menu card and he said randamly the food items name but he didn't tell the proper price for the first and I have asked him the same thing give the menu he said that prices have been changed and we had given for the printing it takes 1 week to get the new price list card this is not the reason that hotel person to tell the customers and another person ran near and got the another price card and said this is the new card but he bought that card from the Air condition room and said this is the price card there are different price in ac room and normal room but they are cheating the customers i dont know that they are preparing the good and hygienic food ..outside only they are cheating but inside the kitchen we really don't know ..... This is the worst thing they have done in the BLUE MOON hotel .. so be careful before visiting the hotel we have visited on 20/05/2023 @ 9:30 pm

Food tasted really good and service was also nice ... But it would be great if they work on the interior I've seen some insects where falling off from the roof and it isn't cool especially in a restaurant... So please try to note it down and take necessary action...

I had my lunch. all dishes are very awesome, specially tandoori chicken all the dishes are temting and also yummy,all must vist once, overall very satisfied.

For three shawarma they took more than 45 mins to bring. And the cost is very high. If you ask they will say it is a special shawarma. Quantity also very less. Totally not worth for money. Customer suggestions to reduce cost of shawarma…

Grill not at all fresh (Chick leg bone is broken, not a fresh, over smooky). My initial order was that grill. But they gave me at last, I don't know why. They not at all asking excuse or anything. We have just paid and leave that in the table itself. This is our second time visit to this hotel. Very bad experience at this time.

Food rate is like a 3 Star hotel but the taste is too poor,don't waste your money & health & if u want to know the Biriyani Preparation come & join with us, As a Chef I will teach you the method of preparation and recipe.

Blue moon is known for their tasty grilled chicken. It was the best!!! We also had fried rice and shawarma - fried rice didn't impress me, i had high standards but it wasn't up to the mark! I felt like the rice was not streamed or boild enough to satisfy a fried rice style. And shawarma - was good.
