3 hour drive from Bangalore, Adyar Ananda Bhavan is a perfect stop for tasty breakfast to continue your journey. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The staff serves with a smile. We ordered idli, vada and filter coffee. Idli and vada are served with 3 chutneys and all them taste different and equally delicious. Ofcourse the sambar is good too. Idlis were soft and vada was crispy. Filter coffee is perfectly made. The restrooms are neat. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We wanted to choose a good place for a lunch break on the highway and A2B was a unanimous choice for everyone in our car! We got hot and tasty meals with a variety of curries, curd, appalam, payasam and of course rice and chapathis. One of us ordered sambar saatham. It was very authentic and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Restrooms and ample car parking space was available.

Awesome breakfast super tasty, neat and full parking beside highway, service is very good and quick, washroom are maintained clean and floors are cleaned frequently. We enjoyed almost 4 A2B restaurant in chennai in Salem, Marina beach and pondicherry highway, all restaurants maintain food taste and quality and are upto expectation.

Simply creating crowd by keeping tables blocked and making the customers wait for longer duration, even though adequate staffs were present at the restaurant. The management should look into it

Good parking space, many other shops are also there. Restaurant food is good. It's very expensive. It's located on the main highway, all traveling people will come.

Neat restaurant, Unlike certain A2Bs. Good food. Had a simple nice masala dosa and Vada. Coffee was nice. The lady staff provided quick and easy service on the table. Good parking in front. Update Dec 2022: Vada was over at 11:00 AM and I was surprised. Fast coffee service and decent sweets. Ample parking. Clean toilets for women and men.

Place is good with good environment. We ordered pani puri, coffee, badam milk. All tasted good, but its bit costly.

This is the second A2B I visited recently and I must say that I have become a fan of this brand. Both the restaurants were situated on national highways. They have neat and clean restaurants with a large menu. The service is prompt and courteous. Well maintained washrooms and ample parking space are other noteworthy amenities.

Their ghee roast is so rich and fulfilling. Till this day I remember the first time I tried their sambar idli and ghee roast

Excellent place to stop over and have vegetarian South Indian lunch on the way from Kerala to Bengaluru via NH 44. Apart from excellent food quality as always they also serve excellent quality of sweets. The service levels have gone down and that's the only justified reason I can think of for the overall relatively lower ratings in Google. The group should look at training the servers and order takers on customer service. There are multiple businesses outside too like soft toys that make it worth a visit to stop over with children.

Not at all to the standards of other a2b restaurants. Poor cleanliness, no handwash, food tastes like some 2and class hotel's. Even the wiping of tables is not done perfectly. Food grains on most tables and few on the chairs after cleaning

Got a chance to have a breakfast here. The hotel sign board was unable to see while driving through the highway. A sign board before helps us to stop at the right place. Even I have missed the hotel in previous visit after last minute notice of the hotel. Ample of space in the restaurant, staffs are good and complimented sweet to my daughter. Breakfast and coffee is too good. Eventhough quantity is less, we need to forgive for the quality A2B provides. Rest room is clean and tidy.

Okay, not so great. Food is okay. In small quantity. Too oily and costly for that quantity. Service is okay. When crowded that's the worst place to go. Nor the waiters and the cleaners have any idea to manage the crowd nor the owner or management have any idea to manage the crowd. So people go away when they see its crowded. 7500 people have given the ratings and yet its above 4 rating. I think its high time for them to maintain the quality + quantity

Amazing food! The service could be improved, I felt the staff were very laxed and a perceived lack of commitment and hospitality, especially in the sweet purchasing section.

We used to visit this hotel whenever we travel towards Bangalore or Chennai. Very spacious parking and well maintained. We always stop here on the way to Bangalore or Chennai, parking is very good and lots of stores for you to browse around or buy things. The hotel itself is not one of the best A2B's but this hotel is not so hygienic, whenever we had breakfast, stomach feel bloating. We can't eat the lunch anywhere. You get space, most of the times for sitting and can be in and out in 30 minutes. The toilets are good and well maintained. The waiters are lazy, not responding the customers in good manner. The other A2B restaurants are good compared to this.

Please train your waiters to handle the crowd effectively and on how to attend more than 1 table. Reoccurringly we see the wait time is more than 30 min just to take the order as they are busy with other table (just 1 at a time is what they are attending).

I initially had a good impression of this restaurant. However, I've noticed a decline in food quality recently. The waitstaff seems disengaged and lazy. The restaurant's atmosphere has worsened over time, with cleanliness and a pleasant ambiance now gone.

I usually have Ghee roast from the restaurant whenever I drive to Kerala and return. The ghee was really good and I take parcel for my family too. But two days back I had the food from here. It was too salty and there was no taste at all... I didn't stop and other restaurant and I told my wife and friends that we will have from here only, you guys will experience the real taste. But it was disappointment on this time. Please bring back the chief/cook who was making the food.

They serve paneer tikka with white mold (fungus ) on tomatoes

The food is excellent but the service and tree atmosphere is not good when compared with other branches of A2B.

We got in as we are very hungry and this outlet looks good by the highway. Lots of parking available and I think it's a great location. The place was super crowded when we got in. Service seems terrible on handling a big group of people. The table was reserved but then when we asked them they gave that table to us. One added plus point was that the food was fast, the server looks tired. Maybe it was too busy.

Big eating place by the highway, good for family and group dining. Filter coffee is good. The chat items are not good, for example, pani poori have no/less potato filling. Most items are not available. Being on the highway, probably should skip ordering chat item and at night. We complained about the chat item quality, management understood and did a refund.

Waiting time is too long , sufficient staffs not Available , do not opt for idly here they serve cold one may cooked before some time .

Extremely costly and not worth it as well. I had 3 Tandoor roti, Chilli gobi and 1 one lime water with a bill of Rs.452/- Gobi was not good at all. Rates are simply rip off and their key advantage is that it is bang on highway. People enter here considering it is good veg brand, but for me it was pathetic experience with high bill value with no value for money.

Cleanliness and Hygiene is poor. Fly repellent is not there. Can see lot of flies on the dishes.

Usual A2B taste and not worth the hype and all. Decent place for breakfast.
