Hotel Green Ridge is not value for money. They charge you as if they are a 3 star and they don’t provide basic facilities. The rooms are quite small , the bed sheets and pillows were dirty. They took more than 1 hour to provide me an extra bed. No hot water when I checked in (9PM). Overall I felt like I should have stayed inside city and drove to highway. There are not many good hotels in the highway and that’s why I think they charge you like hell. The best part about the hotel is it’s location. It’s on the highway. So if you are stopping at Salem while going to Madurai or trichy or Tanjore it’s a decent place. But remember rooms are so small , if you decide to go for an extra bed , that is just enough .. once you put an extra bed no one can walk !! Not value for money and felt like I should have booked something else

Visited here just for the breakfast buffet and not the rooms. So i can't comment on the rooms.. The breakfast buffet was a value for money with a limited variety of food. The taste was decent and staff were friendly enough.

Stayed with family for 2 nights, was very worried while booking how it would be to stay with 2 kids but its a safe environment, the room which we stayed was very neat and since it was road facing very lighted up and bright. Breakfast buffet was good and the front reception staff were very helpful and with the restaurant attached we found it very convenient.

It's an average hotel for a stay. I visited with family and it's a ok ok stay. I book in mmt app and it is Very high price for a executive room. Old bed sheets, no toiletries, only bottled water, late response, no proper ventilation rooms are sealed, open car parking cars stay all day in sun. For a family stay I did not like it.

It's located near sivalapuri NH flyover which connects Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore roads. A small hotel. It has a restaurant. Basement parking is available.Good for over night stay.

A normal hotel ok for a night stay. Good for the price they charge. Good parking facility and standard rooms. Swiggy Zomato options available for any food delivery which helps a lot

This is an ideal stopover if you have to make a night stay. It's right on the highway leading to Madurai/Rameshwaram. We stopped because we were halfway to Tanjuvar and it was already 8.00 in night. Took a double bed deluxe room. Room was ok, a queen size bed. Complementary breakfast in the morning was a simple affair of idlis and dosas. Toilet of the room was innovative design. Shower area was behind wc. Small yet beautiful.

Rooms are good. But pricing is little high. Needs to improve more cleanliness and the check-in, check-out timing flexibilities.

All the food taste are good and I will recommend this restaurant. I gave 3 star as mutton briyani didn’t have mutton flesh pieces , it just had few bones to identify this is mutton briyaani.

Rooms are small and very unhygienic. Disappointed with the experience, requested for change of blankets as it was dirty and got similar blankets again.

I went for lunch with my family. As it was Saturday it was a buffet day it seems. The veg food was tasty. Except pichi potta kozhi everything else was tasty in non veg section. The chicken in pichi potta kozhi was half cooked. Altogether a nice experience of lunch. Will try again in future. Didn't stayed here so unable to give stars for rooms

Booked suite room, but lots of musqito inside. Soup and shampoo - better take your own, dental 🪥 - not provided, take your own. Suite room, they keep only one towel, you have to ask, provide you when they are available.

Really decent place enroute to Bangalore on the highway helps immensely - clean and upscale stopover. Food service is very slow though

Stayed here on my way driving to Coimbatore from Chennai. Right next to the national highways and clean and decent hotel. I didn't use any other services of this hotel.

Driver room and rest room is not here.all of the driver sleep at their vehicles.bathroom is very ugly.Attention driver and tour operators community, don't recommend this hotel for our customers

I was returning from munnar to visit Bangalore. we stumbled on this hotel after crossing the kerela-tamilnadu border. First impression was good as it was a big place with garden and play area for kids and located close to the mountains surrounding it. We had ordered paneer butter masala, phulka, roti, sambar rice. We wanted to have lite food but ended up eating to tummy full because the sambar rice was too yummy ,served with ghee, papad. The taste doesn't leave the mind. Awesome food. Service is little slow as I witnessed elder's working as servers. yet, had wonderful lunch.

The hotel is quite good with compact rooms and reasonable rates There is ample car parking at the back of the hotel which is good. The restaurant is conveniently located near the bypass and a wedding hall. Guests for the wedding can stay and access it easily. Restaurant & food service stops by 10.00 pm.

The room is neat and tidy. The food is very yummy. For food I would like to rate 4/5. They have buy 1 get 1 briyani offer. I really love their briyani. And for a complimentary breakfast they gave dosa and their side dish , kesari, and they gave chappatti , for a combination of chappatti they don't even keep curd. And also the rooms and bathroom are neat. But the thing is some smells come from bedsheets. And also we ask the receptionist that TV is not working at 4 pm. They said that they will come within 5mins. But, after 8 we went down and asked again. They said that they were busy. They need to do customer needs with necessary things. It's just a 5mins work. Service is not good. Not value for money.

It was quite decent hotel situated in seelanainckapetti bypass, rooms are decent enough, it includes TV, electric kettle and basic amenities. Room service was top notch and the room service staffs were quite enthusiastic and done their work without any irritation. There was few cons but overall I'm satisfied with their services so I don't willing to mention it. I've stayed there for 3 days 2 nights and it worth staying. Reception guys and room service all was very humble .

Nice comfortable and cozy stay. Rooms from studio type to family suite available. We took the family suite and it was clean , neat and well maintained. Breakfast spread was decent enough and of good quality. Will recommend this hotel.

Good for Business purpose trips, tariffs are very reasonable. Rooms are and clean. Central Ac is very Good and it avoids the noise of other ACs. Its on the main road, so easy to reach, plenty of Parking in the open area behind.

Average stay at Green Ridge. Location is advantage and disadvantage. Executive rooms are located facing the highway so is noisy at times. Studio and Suite maybe better. Condition of rooms are ok ok only. Room service ends at 10.30pm so one needs to plan the food/beverage accordingly. Restaurant had a decent buffet spread and was tasty. Parking is good
