Upgrading rating as enquiry officer Mr Sakthivel investigated the issues using cctv footage and acknowledged the miss and made sincere efforts to take care in the next visit . The place was good with a nice view and sky walk. Food spread was good. Service was very poor as nobody clears plates, breads ordered are not delivered, items especially desserts are not refilled. The manager was good and ensured that the breads finally got delivered. Even on Festival day they kept most desserts containing egg. Overall worth a try for the view .

The location and the property itself is very nice. The staff are very polite and pleasant and helpful which makes the stay even better. The resort has so many activities to pass a day or two inside (a few are paid activities) There is a game room that has a good variety of games as well. There is also an infinity pool which is very good to spend some time. The rooms are very spacious and have very clean washrooms and a big balcony with breathtaking views. There is an AC if the weather is too hot and a heater if it is too cold. The breakfast buffet has a good variety from South Indian dishes to some bread and pancakes and donuts and pastry etc. The bar is well stocked as well. The view from the terrace is out of the world (especially at night) and the glass bridge is a good experience. The restaurant menu is limited but food tastes very good. All in all it is a very thoughtful and well maintained resort and a must try if visiting Yercaud. The only negatives we felt were the lack of temperature control in the swimming pool since the water gets pretty cold in the rainy/winter times and that the whole place especially the restaurant may be a bit overpriced, even though cost aside, it is a beautiful experience.

One of the most pleasing experience so far. Went on a vacation to this amazing place with my family. Had booked through Agoda.com for better offers rather than going through other sources. It's a wonderful place with peace and great service. It's bit expensive compared to other hotels but you get what you pay for. Neat and clean rooms with regular cleaning service. Swimming pool is placed uniquely and that's the highlight of the resort. It's placed almost near to the town and easily accessible to the major spots.

One of the best place i have stayed in recent past ,the view from the hotel was excellent rooms were very clean and spaciousd.i would surely recommend others to stay in this hotel. as the its on a perfect location ,view is excellent,staff was very friendly and was ready to help us whenever we are in need of them. buffet breakfast was excellent especially payasam n chicken curry with idly is highly recommended,service is top-notch all the staff were warm n courteous always smiling n happy to assist you in anything..GRT staff is assets to hospitality industry, stay was more then expectations,

The best thing about this resort is that you don't need to go out to enjoy Yercaud. We stayed at the resort for 2 days and went out only for lake boating. Every other fun activity was available within the resort. Decently clean rooms, spectacular views from huge private balcony, skywalk, engaging bonfires, fun for my year old, scrumptious breakfast spreads etc.. Thought the food was good, would have personally liked more variety on the menu.

Undoubtedly one of the best resorts in Yercaud to unwind and relax. The prices might look high but when compared to their service, hospitality not to mention about their good food. While checking in and checking out, literally the entire team is present to receive and send you off. I loved their gesture to give water bottle while leaving. I would definitely visit this place again if I am visiting Yercaud in the future.

We had a great time at the GRT Hotels in Yercaud. The staff are very polite and supportive. They even anticipated our needs and arranged them in advance. We spent two days at this place. Apart from their staff the property location and the design of this place is amazing and the views from any part of the property are incredible. The property has been maintained really well especially the landscaping and the garden are beautiful.

My family wanted a break from the routine mundane things , but wanted it all in one place , so we chose Great Trails and became a fan of this hotel chain. Great Trails Yercaud is located in one of the most beautiful area. Just where the hair pin bent ends . The fresh smell of eucalyptus put us at ease , and the ambience was so good , the staff were amazing, the food was mouthwatering , and the rooms cosy and great . We stayed in the valley view rooms . And the view was lovely. It's a great place to hang out as you have a nice spa , indoor and outdoor games . And a nice area for walks . While vacating and leaving the hotel the staffs took great care to see there are enough water bottles for our journey. Our family had a memorable holiday .

Great Trails by GRT is a lovely resort located in Yercaud. The resort offers comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The rooms also offer a great view of Salem. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is decent, although it could be better. The resort has a nice swimming pool and other amenities, making it a nice place to stay for families and couples. Overall, I would recommend Great Trails by GRT to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Yercaud.

Very nice staff. Hospitality too good. Grand spread of breakfast. Overall pleasant experience. A bit pricey, may be because it was weekend. It rained heavily and there were too many guests including some corporate event one evening, there was a little struggle in crowd management. Surprising for a management of this kind. We found the toilet seat a bit too high.

Great place to stay in Yercaud. I had a hassle free stay when I approached them the last minute for the booking. The rooms are well maintained. They have a hill view balcony which allows you to get a peek of Salem city. The property is loaded with amenities like pool, adventure games, board games etc. The food was good including the complimentary breakfast. You get to walk through something called Skywalk here, which has glass bottom which is a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a getaway. A bit pricey though...

I went on business trip, Loved the hospitality and the infrastructure of the hotel. View from the hotel room was incredible. They had some Indoor games which was really good.

This place has most amazing views. Valley view Rooms are pretty huge specially balcony which is almost size of the room. Evening is beautiful to sit outside to chill. Service is very good by all the staff. They have already Indoor games and outdoor activities as well. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Room had a huge balcony as well. Overall a good experience. Misty, cloudy weather was a very pleasurable experience. Service is good. Only one point that we felt was, that the buffet lunch/dinner is way too overpriced at 1800/- plus taxes(per head )

Excellent views, location, hotel amenities and service. A perfect weekend getaway for family. The staff is so polite and helpful. We had so much fun at the evening get-together with other people staying at the hotel. Food is good too. Currently having a wonderful time with my family.

This is an amazing resort that makes you feel happy. Extremely hospitable, friendly and trained staff who assisted us in the right way throughout. I Stayed for three days. The quality of food was really good. Would surely recommend and come back again :)

We visited this place with our family. We booked 2 valley view rooms. With no doubt, this is the best resort i had ever visited. Awesome location and their hospitality is just amazing. Their food is also great. The only feedback is that the pool is very cold and they could use temp controller. I would surely recommend this resort to my peers.

Stayed in valley view room. Monkeys make sure to regret getting a balcony room. Balcony is sunny during the day and there’s no shade. Balcony space is smaller in first floor compared to second even though charges are the same. Balcony is not fully private as a portion of it is visible from the floor above. Good quality Baby food was provided. Staff were very friendly and professional. Play area for kids and adults were well maintained. Good ambience Restaurant. Baby chair was available.

The Overall experience was good. The ambience and the views were too good. Was not having a plan to visit. But as of a sudden tummy crave and it's request accepted. Have a buffet lunch there and spend some quality time with family. Leave about the main menu. The desert itself was a treat. The Kiwi Desert was awesome 🥝 Single word - Give it a try !! It was an extended family trip for our kids birthday. We had amazing stay. Location is breathtaking. There are lots of activities for both kids and adults. Bonfire dance and activities are refreshing.Buffet menu can improve, however chef obliged our requests and served us dishes that met our likings. I would definitely recommend this place.

One amazing resort that made our stay nothing but the best! Extremely hospitable, friendly and trained staff who assisted us in the right way throughout. Stayed for three days with my family and had a toddler along as well. The activities in the resort it self were so many that my toddler was super engaged. The quality of food was really good and customisation for babies were also available making my life more easy. Would surely recommend and come back again :)

Awesome place and very courteous staff. We had a memorable marriage anniversary and though the per night rate seems high while booking but the facilities and food is so good that it feels worth it. Will surely come back for another relaxing trip

Great getaway from BLR for an early morning drive with good breakfast options enroute. The 20 hairpin curves after Salem adds to the fun. The staff is good and polite. The place is ideal for family and kids enjoyment with lots of activities to spend quality time. Food was ok.

The hotel is well-maintained with wonderful amenities. Rooms are clean and very spacious and provide a good view of the valley. The food is delicious and they maintain a very nice spread. They have different amenities within the resort itself. Events conducted by the team are nicely planned and well organized. Finally, their staff team is the best. They are easily approachable, courteous, and very helpful. It is the best place for kids and aged people too. A big thanks to the team for making our stay very memorable.

Had a very good stay here. The rooms were good. The staff was friendly and received good service. The resort has a good location advantage. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor activities. But the only drawback is, they charge extra for certain activities. We already paid a premium amount and still they charge an additional amount which was disappointing.
