Great architecture, ample parking, calming effect when you sit in and contemplate. The side door is open to enter during most times of the day. English mass on Sunday evenings, all other times Tamil. The road to the church is narrow, tough drive, but isn’t it the same to get to heaven. The place in the evening feels like a drop of paradise in Yercaud.

Yercaud people informed us that the church had build more than 100 years from now. Really a wonderful church, yes it seems the old architectural style of the church building. Inside prayer hall is not so big, hence the samiyanas and chairs provided out side the church for the people. Ample car park space, Elevated church area, there are vast open area.

A very old and huge church. The porch itself is huuge with the 12 stations of cross. Beautiful maintained church built in the 17th century. It's near montford school and you have to take a left to a higher road in order to reach the church. There is parking available inside and no charges. It's extremely beautiful on the inside with the quintessential dome in the altar!

Very good architecture of church premises . Calm and peaceful when mass is not ongoing. Generally less crowded. The chairs very neatly laid out to sit and also kneel on your knees and pray. I did not take inside pictures of the church Cozi didn't want to break the sanctity and serenity

I recently visited Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Yercaud, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Good place to visit , peaceful and old architecture.

Serene ambience, good space around the church. Mass timings are 6:30 am, 8:30 am in Tamil and 4:30pm in English. Enough space for car parking. Suitable for the locals around the church. For other services refer the board on the church entrance.

The only R.C. church,in this place. When it was built it looked big. But now i think it's too small, it should have been much more bigger. Very nice place to pray, calm and peaceful, without disturbance. Lovely 🌹🌹

We spent two days in Yercaud and during our tour of the town, visited this church. The ambience was so peaceful that we took time off to recite our Rosary there and also revisited the next day.
