Very popular temple steeped in history. Temple surroundings were just waking up when we visited and that enabled us to have peaceful darshan of lord Anjaneya. Though the temple itself was clean & tidy, surrounds were not. City / Town authorities should ensure hygiene and orderliness around this much visited temple. With mushrooming shops and haphazard parking, it was difficult to navigate around the temple.

Temple is more powerful, but hrnc is charging 2000 rs for abishekam, but not provided puliodhari , panchamuratham, and prasadhsm, because of covid .I agreed good thing , then why charging 2000rs , have to reduce , correct ? But not reduced, !!! And for giving prasadham , it was covid , ok, but how they sell same prasadham for cash in front of anjanaya temple , it will not affect covid ?

Recently visited...Sri Anjaneya is showing tharishanam without roof...It is rare in temples....Due to Covid they don't allow to put flower on God.We should put it on undiyal outside temple...It is near from Namakkal Bustand ...U can travel by Share auto...

Devotees are allowed to visit and make quick Darshan in a moving queue. Flowers and from devotees not accepted due to Corona awareness. Rather devotees can place the offerings near hyundial. Can mange to park two wheelers near the temple. Probably for cars around the temple precincts not near by. Surrounding is maintained neatly.
