The hotel room was big and generally clean. Location of the hotel was comfortable.The complimentary breakfast spread was good. All the staff were polite and friendly. The professional attitude and personalized customer services of Front Office Manager Mr. Kripal Singh worth appreciation. I wish the Management and Staff to keep up the good work. I request the Management to consider 24 hours check out for online booking as well.

Rooms are simple and not worth the tariff. Staffs are neat humble and hygienic. The security is rude with the bikers and are not allowing parking in the front until the check in is done. Rooms are small. Complimentaries are not given for this tariff. Hair dryer is not available. There some power cut outs in the room even when the card is plugged in. Overall, this would be a costly stay for a night compared to other hotels at this area. Ambience is good. There are no rooms with views. AC also has issues.

A great place to stay. I stayed there for a night with my family. It was a good stay. The food was good. But dinner ala carte items are costly, and not much to choose from. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was complimentary with the booking. The hotel has a good parking space, but there is no place for chauffeurs to rest, and they would be forced to stay in the cars. The hotel is also located in the heart of the city and very close to the NH, so there is easy access to Salem town and the NH bypass. I would recommend this hotel. It would be best to check the room prices on their official website before booking on MakeMyTrip or other websites.

We had a retirement celebration at the party hall on the 4th floor. I'm satisfied with the service. Food served was good and no complaints. Overall satisfactory

The restaurant and the service staff was very nice, the attitude and behaviour of receptionist was very rude and really irritating...

Wish they had a swimming pool and gym. But having said that, the place is functional. Located at a central point, quite accessible.

It is very much accessible from the highway. They have enough parking space. Rooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast also was superb. They have a variety of dishes.

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Bed mattress are comfortable. Toilet is very clean and maintained hygienic by the house keeping team. Food quality and taste good and service is very good. Room service available. Free Wify working with good speed. Access to the hotel is easy since located at main road, there is sufficient parking space provided.

Good place to spend a night. Clean rooms and almost quiet. Booking thru their website gives you 24 hrs check-in check-out option and i did that. Complimentary breakfast was best. Parking is ok but the staff outside don't care if u don't know the language. Room service was prompt. Ask for turning on hot water in the morning as it's solar. U have a basement to park 4-5 cars overnight.

Hotel accommodation was good. Breakfast needs big improvements for the money they charge. Security is good.

Very nice hotel. Clean sheets & towels. Food at the restaurant was good (we had dinner from room service). Unfortunately we arrive just around closing time, and yet they offered everything on the menu. That was great. Locations is also perfect…just off the highway close to the city. Toilet and bathroom were neat and had all amenities one would expect. Overall a pleasant experience. Will stay here next time I have to spend the night at Salem.

I'm very happy to share the incident which made my day. In a busy schedule of my meeting I forgot one of my luggage in the hotel room I stayed where I kept some of the important documents in it. I boarded the returned transport.I contacted Mr. Jayakumar, Manager at Rathna residency, Salem. He has done the needful by returning the luggage. Thank you and appreciated the work.

Good place to stay. Break fast is complimentary. Morning breakfast was good and tasty. Price is also affordable to all. Overall my experience here in this place was very good. Rooms were clean and Morning hot water for bathing with all the kits needed.

I traveled from the US to attend a wedding in Erode. So I got the family to travel with me. This hotel was an excellent choice for 1 night (2 rooms). The rooms are spacious along with a large bathroom which has a standing shower(my favorite). AC worked like a charm. The morning breakfast was very yummy, pongal in particular. Bottom line I recommend this to anybody.

Went by google reviews and checked in to this hotel for a night’s stay 2 days back. Was pleasantly surprised. Looks v nice with v good and clean interior * v clean rooms * v clean and well maintained bath and toilet * modest spread of complimentary breakfast- sufficient enough. You need to surrender the coupon pinned to the morning newspaper. They offer hot dosas but do not mention about it. Please ask for it. * v reasonably priced - we paid Rs 2520 all inclusive for 1 double, one night. * security staff were particularly v helpful. On the whole stay was v pleasant. Strongly recommend 👍

Very Decent rooms. Very good varieties of complementary breakfast. Very good reception and customer service team. Cleanliness everywhere. Hot water in washroom 24 hours. Hot water kettle available. Brushing,shaving kit available. Location is good. Close to 3 road junction and adjacent to neuro foundation. Just 8 to 9 minute drive from Salem Railway station. Good to stay with family. U will get autos outside the hotel.

The hotel is excellent; however, I was able to see some cockroaches. I paid 3518 for a single room with an extra bed. They have the worst policy; for a single room, only two people are allowed, with the exception of our six-year-old son. Even if we say we will sleep in a single king-size bed, they will charge us for the extra person(for a six year old), which is pathetic; I have never seen such a policy anywhere else. They had us all wait 30 minutes for a room, for a room booked in advance, citing a server issue, and you have to ask twice or three times for anything; in my case, we wanted an extra bed for another room, which we obtained after the fourth request.

The Ruby Hall which I booked for baby shower function was really nice. Spacious enough to accommodate around 100 members and Food was also very tasty. The compliment room given to us was really clean. Hope to visit again.

The hotel is clean and neat. The rooms are well maintained and we had a good stay here. The breakfast provided was good and had a decent spread of items. There was only one person at the reception counter and multiple customer calls in between the check-in process made us wait for 10 mins to get our rooms. Otherwise it was a good experience

Stayed here for 3 days with complimentary breakfast (extremely good) Rooms are spacious and with large windows ( Deluxe rooms) But cleanliness was missed. Stayed in.2nd floor Suite rooms for 2 days . nothing special about the Suite rooms, just the added advantage of a drawing room before the bedroom. But the room.service failed to clear the dishes left at each room door. At the restaurant, after placing order, they take really long to serve. Not all dishes available from.the menu card. But overall good. The person at the reception was very friendly & helpful

Located at a great place, rooms are good at nominal price. The service is a BIG BIG letdown. It has to be improved. The room service takes time (almost an hour) to provide food, they close the kitchen early without informing and claim "Sir we thought no one would order". The staffs at reception aren't helpful either than talking over the phone. Two stars just for the rooms and the location

Good nice stay.. staff is customer centric and courteous. Mr. Sagayaraj is very helpful. The GM is very helpful and accommodates most of our requests are taken care off. Sometimes service is slow if there are lot of guests. Besides that all good. Pleasure stay.
