I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this saffron restaurant. Not only did they fail to refill the supposedly unlimited food, but their lack of response and poor communication from the management was beyond frustrating. The quality of the food was also far from impressive, leaving me unsatisfied and dissatisfied throughout my stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this restaurant if you value proper service and delicious cuisine. Find somewhere else that truly takes care of their guests.

It’s a wonderful hotel and after a tiring journey when we decided we need to halt and look for any decent stop, we found this paradise. The stay is most comfortable, food is just amazing here. Do not miss on “Burnt Garlic soup” - the best ever! Staff is super friendly and cleanliness is remarkable!

I have no words! Courteous staff attention to details, cleanliness top notch , breakfast fresh with multiple options to suit every palates and the portion size at the restaurant is just enough to feed a very very hungry person :) with still some in paste. Every single person had one aim, to look for my comfort and do everything to make it possible. From asking for my prefrence for food and making yummy Khichadi with lots of ghee to ensuring that my request for hair dryer was immediately fulfilled. It is home away from home with lots of care and respect.

Recent stay at CJ pallazzio.we are came the wedding.Rooms are neat and clean.service was not happy at all we ordered food in room service but we didn't get food more than half an hour .In the lobby there is no AC for the guest.we requested but they said it was in timer mam.otherwise staff at the reception very polite and superb hospitality skills.Especially kaaviya and rishvana.keep going on it. you both will deserve some valuable place.Thanks for front desk peoples.

The whole experience was very bad. The staff was very rude and not at all cooperative. Moreover they do not have the ability to resolve any issue that arises and are not willing to work on it as well. Mr. Karthik, the duty manager, was arrogant and was not ready to address the issue in anyway. Was not expecting such a time to be spent with my family. Would never recommend it to anyone who would like a peaceful stay.

Rooms are spacious. Hotel is located on the service road and is easily accessible. Front end and room service is quick. This hotel offers complementary breakfast with better spread across continental and Indian dishes. Overall a recommended place to stay.

Our recent stay at the hotel was far from pleasant. As frequent travelers, we expected a warm welcome, but we didn't receive a welcome drink or assistance with our bags. The room, especially the bathroom, wasn't up to par, and we had multiple power failures during the night. Despite informing them of our checkout time, no one was available to help us due to a VIP reception. Our trip was greatly affected by this disappointing experience, compounded by the unhelpful behavior of Karthik, the duty manager.He was unable to handle the situation effectively and was very rude making things worse. We were left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Our family called the front desk in the evening yesterday after reaching Salem and the staff immediately allotted the rooms for us to stay and the ambience is very good. We had breakfast this morning and the items are delicious and even elders can have it with ease. The main point which attracted me is the provision of RO water in glass bottles and glass tumblers as against provision of branded water in pet bottles which is a threat to ecology. This is truly a great thought on the part of the management and encourage fellow hoteliers to adopt this practice. I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel and stay. The front desk and all staff members need special mention for their service. Great experience.👏

Excellent Hotel to Stay with affordable price with superior quality. Spacious rooms and clean toilets . Shortage of towels during the stay is surprise for 4 star hotel. Also reception mostly not picking the phone call is one concern. Food was amazing and staffs are very humble and helpful. Travel desk Moorthy was very helpful personal and the driver kailasan as well.

Stayed here for a family function yesterday. Rooms were ok and food was also decent. But extremely poor room service (asked for water twice but no one turned up at the room. Had to go to restaurant finally and bought myself) and toilet was in poor condition(Repaired flush system and hand shower). Being a 4-star hotel this is not acceptable as the charges are premium. Highly Disappointed.

I visited as guest and the persons not allowed to have our food as per our wish. To save the wastages they served by own. But this seems quiet ugly since they are giant and behaved like a village function arrangement... Otherwise coffee is superb and worth for RS.105/- inclusive of GST.

Spa service was good 👍 i just asked the lady in reception about it and she took the hint and arranged a call back from the lady from the spa reception. Only glitch is Parking space was full but underground parking was available where we have to keep the car on a hydraulic lift and take. Gym is good. Breakfast from Restaurant was nice. Room was clean. AC was optimal. No disturbance or sounds from nearby rooms. Bar is available and reasonable rates.

The rooms are very nice. We got an upgraded luxury room, so that was a surprise. Room service was good. However, food experience was a disappointment, a typical 3-star quality buffet. This pretty much ruined the entire stay. At breakfast, they were very slow in refilling the dishes. The salad bar, once over was never refilled again. If you arrive for breakfast after 9pm, most of the items are over. They can't compete with Radisson Blu in terms of variety and quality.

Hotel is clean,nice and all its amenities were topnotch. One of the best thing is that the hotel's location which is in the center of the town and so accessible to all places. All the hotel staff were so courteous enough to attend to our needs. A special mention to cashier Suganya. I had exam today and it continued beyond the check out time. Understanding the situation, she provided grace time of 2 hrs for my wife whom i had left in the hotel. That was so nice of her. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, perfect location for people travelling on NH 44. Breakfast options are good and food is good. Unsure about hotel rating but they tried keeping up with luxury. Rooms are spacious and served purpose for relaxation in evening. Caught my eye with torn bedspread on corners, rusted fittings, old towels and pathetic wifi. NOT for people who are attending online commitments. Entry and exit is tricky with no clear markings(outside/roadside) for people visiting for first time to enter hotel.

A place where I have never been and it’s a team dinner which is a buffet and it’s cost 1299 per head. We are eagerly waiting to have a big feast. But I never heard of the food taste here anytime from my friends. They have their exhibition there with few stalls holding the dresses and jewels. We then rushed to have food. First started with mushroom soup 🍜 then comes the starters in which they have 5 varieties for veg out of which cheese mushroom balls is good. I heard from my colleagues that fish and one chicken starter is good. Apart from that nothing is worth the money. We ordered live counter for continental but then they told only veg spring roll is for that. We waited very long for that and it’s not all good. Over all not satisfied with food taste. Even desserts are yummy enough. They provided their roof top for us to enjoy where we played musical chair continued by dancing.

Went for a business meet and the place was very good. However they had mic issues and the guest had to speak in bare voice. The technical support was lagging given it as a 4 star hotel yet nothing great about it. Food was average. Costly event booking and no equivalent service and food. No charging ports on tables for a full day laptop session. Don't prefer for booking halls for business meet.

CJ Pallazzio Hotel located at the prime centre of Salem highway. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Room is large and all essentials are provided in side the rooms. Quality of linen is also good and cleaned properly. Wash room is clean and good. Staff's are friendly and fast. Room service is good. Over all experience is excellent. Valet parking available.

Excellent hotel, neat and clean rooms, tidy interiors. The breakfast spread is vast with a variety of options to satisfy your pallet as per your liking. The parking is somewhat limited, they have a second level basement to park the car using a lift. It is cool, but it takes time to take the car down and bring it up. Be mindful of this if you are in a hurry. The only blip was when we checked-in. We did not have upfront booking but I checked in MakeMyTrip as we entered Salem and noticed that the rooms were available. I went to the reception and asked for the availability and the person bluntly said there is none. When I told him that it was showing available online, he did not budge. When he noticed that I am not giving up, he said that there are two rooms available but it will need an hour to get ready. It was 10pm at night. Finally he gave us the room in about 15 min after I booked it online standing at the reception. I am surprised and puzzled with the staff at reception with their behavior and unwillingness to book rooms even when I was ready to pay full and in advance.

This is a great hotel, I stayed during Jan 2022 with my family. The service was also good and the staffs were very kind. The check in was easy and rooms were clean and neat. The hygiene was maintained.The stay is most comfortable and food is just amazing. Breakfast is also good. Very less options but reasonable for the rate. Overall a good experience and do check them out Salem people. It’s located in the prime location.

We stayed here for one day and we paid 5k only to have a bad experience here! There were no combs, body lotion, hair dryer provided at the room. Also there were correct fluctuations 3-4times. And the biggest disappointment was they did not provide complimentary breakfast. We paid 5k for one room but didn’t provide breakfast.

Hotel CJ Pallazio is very close to the highway that connects Salem with other cities. I had initially booked it for a night stay. The room was neat and spacious for solo traveller. The room had a small sitting area, with a view of the city outside. The breakfast was served at the restaurant situated at the lobby level that had view of the greenery outside.. I was happy to find sufficient healthy choices for the breakfast. The preparations were good to taste. The staff in general was very welcoming and helpful, housekeeping was prompt and the front desk manager Mr Gopalkrishnan was very kind and helpful. Barring few instances in the restaurant, my stay was pleasant I however wish to mention that usually alll hotels provide iron with board in each room, but during my stay i had to ask for it, and even during my extended stay every time the iron was given but was taken because it was needed by some other guest, so a small thing like iron and board should be an addition in the rooms. From my overall experience I would rate the property as 4 on a scale of 5

Thank you so much for giving my parents a safe and lovely stay (April 2022). I usually used to book at another hotel for their travel from Kochi to Chennai . All hotels were booked in Salem , and CJ Pallazio conveyed their availability through phone for check in within one hour at 11pm in the night. It was a big relief for us as they were travelling by road and the hotel is located right on the bypass. Further , the staff and manager were very cooperative and they packed the breakfast neatly for having it on the drive. I was really impressed when my parents said that the car was also cleaned thoroughly without their needing to advice on the same. Thank you once again to the staff and manager .

This is a really good property located at the prime location of Salem District. Landmark - The Chennai silks, Salem. Regarding the hotel & the rooms, they are neat, clean and attractive. The food served in the hotel is of good quality as well. It boasts an ample parking space as well. Only worrying factor was the response time.

Rooms are clean and hygiene. Breakfast is also good. Well managed parking place with Wallet parking facility. Location of the hotel is also nice. One of the best hotels available in Salem. However pricing is on slightly on higher side.

We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to have dinner for my parents anniversary . We did not have to worry about a single thing with them. Not only was the service seamless, but the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests were delighted, everyone was so happy with their meals and it was everything we had hoped for. We highly recommend CJ Pallazzio for any event.

I stayed in this hotel during May 2022 with my family. This hotel is in the heart of the city and is very easy to locate. The check in was smooth and rooms were excellent , true to the hotels tag line " luxury for all". All the requirements of a kings executive suite was neatly in place and we never had to call the room service for each and every thing. The beds , towels , wash areas were kept clean and was re cleaned thoroughly when we left for a drive. The restaurant - saffron offers excellent food with great ambience. The staff were extremely polite , courteous and thoroughly professional. Special mention to Ms Arthi G [who manages the guest relationship[ and Ms Rishuvana - front office] for streamlining our entire stay with many pleasant memories. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I come to Salem.
