I recently had my baby shower function in Karpagham, although they had a decent hall we had BAD EXPERIENCE in multiple occasions thought our four hour event. I would never recommend karpagam to my network!! Pros: ++ 1. Hall looks decent with good chairs 2. Dining hall was a separately connected to the banquet hall 3. Banquet hall is in 1st floor which was easily walkable 4. The complementary room is provided few hours before the function 5. City centre and has good accessibility from new bus stand Cons: xxxxxxx 1. Food was not as good as we expected, our guest were unhappy with it. We mentioned this to the management while we had a food tasting session and mentioned few points but none were taken into consideration. 2. Food was pre-served for 65 leaf's in high quantity which was not appreciated by our guest as they felt forceful to eat what was already served in their leaf + the food was not served hot 3. Hidden cost involved, we were charged 4000rs extra for the focus lights used by my decor. This was something which was not communicated to us while booking this place and it was added at the time of final settlement. 4. Every time we contacted the reservation desk there was a new person would answer who had no proper information about the inquiry this led to a lot of mis communication and discomfort for us 5. Room provided was not clean enough, bathroom had bad odour 6. Not enough parking space I would rate 2/5 stars for Karpagam

We hosted a baby shower function recently in their hall. The food provided was good and appreciated by all. The hall was compact and neat for a limited crowd (say 100-120)...they even provided a complimentary room for the bride and groom to get dressed. Altogether it was a good experience. I'm giving 4 stars cuz car parking is limited and no valet is provided.

Happened to stayed here for frequently in standard AC room. A neat business class hotel located near Salem new bus stop, walkable of 10 mins. Staffs also responding nicely. Food also avail here. Highly recommendable. Budget starts from 1200 in year 2022.

1. Bathroom flush is not working 2. Hot water is not coming except morning 3.footmate not available 4. Morning Tea service not available 5. Complimentary breakfast not worth 6. TV remote is not working 7. Taxi service not tied up 8. Room service not available 9. Single bed only available.

Less parking space. Location is prime. Food tasted good from the party well. Could be better if it is more spacious

Worst experience. Initially we have booked for 4 members suit room in the morning personally. But when we came for check in at night they are saying that the rooms are sold out. We have paid advance for that room also in the morning. Worse service. My kind advice never choose this lodge when ur planning for good occasions. They will spoil your mood and unnecessary tension

First of all, they cheated me in room allotment. I had asked for Delux room (Tariff 1845+tax327+extra bed 564=Rs2736) ,but they had given me a budget room withTwin bed+one extra bed costing me Rs 2800. when a delux room with twin bed+extra bed costs less than 2800 why should they allot me a budget room for a more tariff?. They did not tell me this that they had allotted us a budget room,I didnot check the bill while vacating since I was in a hurry to return home.We were under the impression the room allotted to us was a delux room.The room was a smaller one .Bed spread ,linens pillow cover &towels were really dirty.When we asked them to change they didnot change for 3days.Bath rooms were dirty. Hot water supply was only in the morning 5am to 7:39am.Floor cleaning n mobbing was not done for three days inspite of repeated request to do it.The hotel authorities were not receptive to our complaints...Bed bugs are also noticed in the bed.I will not come to this hotel next time.I could not digest their cheating in the room matter. Over all the stay was a horrible one.

Nice place to stay but their complimentary breakfast service is very bad. Better they don't provide it. All other services are good.

Very very bad experience. Staff is very rude, irresponsible. We had booked room well in advance and had confirmation but when reached in the early morning, those rooms were allotted to others, reported for higher amount, for without informing us. Due to this we had to face lot of difficulties in getting another deCent hotel. Very bad experience...

Near bus stand itself in the market area. Rooms are ok. Some cockroaches can be found management should take care of that. Mostly hot water doesn't come. Breakfast is just ok. Just ok for the money you spend. Restaurant is still closed only. So food should be arranged by you only. Lot of good options like selvi mess, mangala Vilas is in walkable distance only.

Rooms are clean but aging ,hotel is in main area. But it used to be in much better shape than now. Parking is an issue as it's very limited and you can't park outside as it's a busy road. Don't select room with extra charges for breakfast it's not worth it.

Just walkable distance from salem new bus stand. Very polite staffs wonderful service. Neat and fantastic place to stay. All the amenities were wonderful

Room was Good. Breakfast was horrible. Better they can avoid inclusion of Breakfast. Had awesome Breakfast for ₹89 (Mini Tiffen) at Hotel Aryaas which is very next to the stay.

Conference hall is 0 floor, but the security told us 1st floor and we were very much while using the lift.

Rooms are neat and clean. Had a wonderful stay there at an affordable price.
