Nice and courteous staff. Had there been lift facility, it would have been more nice to climb two floors to reach the room. But the room and toilet are neat and clean.Though, I didn't face any issues with my car parking, car parking space is limited overall at Raj residency. But representatives helped me in parking and taking out the car. Overall budget friendly stay for young and able citizens.

Main location. Easy access to all shops. Very close to murugan temple. Lots of restaurants near by

EXCELLENT HOTEL CLEAN, HYGEINIC & COMFORTABLE - SPACIOUS ROOM. SLEEP WAS PLEASANT. CLEEN SHEETS, HYGIENIC WASHROOM - LOT OF VEGETARIAN & NON VEGETARIAN EATERIES NEABY. VERY POLITE & HELPFUL STAFF. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT. GO FOR IT. SUGGESTION TO HOTEL : IT WILL BE GREAT IF YOU ARRANGE A COFFEE MAKER (A VERY SMALL ONE WILL BE FINE) IN THE RECEPTION OR THE COMMON AREA. ALL SERVICE APARTMENTS NOW PROVIDE THIS FACILITY.

It is located in prime locality of Salem. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Rooms, stairways, toilets are maintained in a clean and neat condition. They are aromatic as well. Property is CCTV secured and Car parking area is available in plenty. Only drawback is no Lift but staff help in carrying luggage if needed. For the prices they offer against the quality service. It is a gold rush in my personal opinion. Thanks for the staff and owner of this premises.

In the hot of the city it's a service appartment rooms are so good and it's affordable but car parking is available only for max 3-4 cars

Had a good time during my short trip to Salem, at Raj Residency. The staff were curteous and helpful. Reservation was over a call, and my preferences were honored. Ramakrishnan and Rajesh were both very helpful in providing all necessary assistance during our stay. Will recommend to others for a family stay.

Good home stay place. Rooms are big and clean. Parking space is available. Rent is also cheap compared to others. Only disadvantage is lift is not available. But they are working on it.

Had a terrible experience with them recently. I confirmed my stay at their place over the phone a day before with Mr. Rajesh who's the in charge and I reminded them too. I told them that I'll be checking in around 1 pm and checkout will be next day 8 am. He called me around 1.30 pm and told me that the room has been booked through online and they don't have any other rooms available. He told me to stay in some other hotel and he said he can't do anything about this. Very unprofessional and lethargic attitude, never seen such an irresponsible behavior. I'll never consider them again and I won't recommend them.

This is one of the best stays in Salem. Prices are okay as well. Rooms and toilets are well maintained. It is a little away from the main road, but you shouldn't find it difficult as it is hardly 1.5 km from main road. Please note that there are no lifts in the property. Neat and clean room. The staff's were friendly and helpful. Good place for family. Car parking facility is available and staff will help to carry the luggage. Lift would help the customers to avoid climbing the steps (especially for elderly or with any health issues people).
