When I checked in, there was no welcome drink. In the reception, they were asking to pay the complete bill amount first. The rooms were not prepared and no complimentary items were initially kept despite reminding them of my arrival 4 hours prior. While bathing, water stopped and later after 2 minutes it started. There was low water pressure in the bathroom shower like water is finding difficult to climb all 7 floors. I wanted to speak to manager but ge never showed up. I have stayed previously in 3/4/5 star hotels but this one is the most atrocious. Not worth of even single star. It was most embarrassing for me in front of my family as they were not expecting this type of room. Very poor.

We usually conduct our Business meetings in this hotel, mostly in meeting hall named "Busy Bee - 2". I wouldn't say the hall is a modern setup however all facilities either already builtin or they provide on request basis (Projector, Screen, mic etc). Difference with other hotels, best customer service, excellent food (every item is excellent) my favourite is deviled fish and biriyani. Hotel Meeting Hall Representative Ms.Andal coordinates well and ensures everything is perfect, Food/Snack service staffs all do excellent service. Main point is no disturbance during meeting, any time we request anything they respond immediately, always there is person outside to support. In case all meeting participants have laptop and charging point is necessary then you must inform prior to give them time to arrange external power junctions.

If you love outing then it's perfect hotel to spend weekend here. Well structured and organized facilities. Huge parking space.I really enjoyed all the dishes, children biryani was damn good. Thanks to Sivraj inn hotel whole team!!!

Exterior of the hotel looks ok. Thats it nothing else about the property is good. Rooms are not worth the price, service is horrible towels and sheets are dirty as hell.

Nearer to both bus stand and railway station. Charges are reasonable. Clean and neat. Well maintained . Morning complimentary breakfast is decent one. I liked tender Coco chicken.

Great location for an overnight halt when driving Coimbatore -Bengaluru. Unique room layout, allows privacy between the door, bathroom and the sleeping area. While the AC adjustment and control was excellent, the bathroom was not too well maintained (the shower curtain was missing!) and the springy mattress felt like a hammock. Skipped the large breakfast buffet spread and opted for a satvik Pongal which the chef obliged.

Poorly managed. Poor customer service. Lobby area in the floor where we were allotted a room was stinking of cigarette smoke. The room which they opened for us was worse with the stench although looking neat. I demanded another room, which was then on a different floor. But they insisted I pay additional 1500. They are just interested in squeezing the customers. When we asked for more drinking water, they demanded payment for that too. All that after taking about six thousand as charges for one night not including food.

Neat and nice place but rooms prices are high. Both online and offline booking are high price. I think only rich peoples and VIPs can stay here.

Showed up for lunch out. Two of us was out there one home with the biriyani and myself with buffet food 🍱. More than food I love the ambience which was spacious, clean, well maintained with good music.

Nightmare!! This hotel is in a perfect location and from outside looks good, however, my experience here was the worst. I have been travelling for work and leisure for over 23 years now and this hotel has been the worst. I stayed in this hotel on my way to Kerala and it was an overnight stay. The adjacent room to our's were occupied by some boys and they kept songs in such high volume and were talking in the top note. Later we could hear from fight. Contacted hotel staff and they were afraid to reach out to them. All this happened at the middle of the night. We were to get up at 4am to resume our journey however we could not sleep due to the high octane neighbours. Horrible hotel, horrible experience.

One of the best hotel in Salem. Good rooms, good service and good ambiance. Jim available at the top of the hotel near the pool. Staffs are giving good services. And it’s a recommended hotel for family stays. And their food is good

Good hotel in a good location. The standards are better than many 5 star hotel in metro cities. Facilities available like valet parking, room service, buffet, rooftop restaurant, spa, gym and swimming pool. Food was delicious. Cleanliness was good for room and bathroom. Good room service team. Good staff. Overall a wonderful, comfortable stay.

The rooms were ok but it had paint coming off in some places. The food and service was good. The worst part was their air conditioning. It was horrible. The ac control doesn't seem to work. The room was too cold and we were shivering under the blanket. Even after i changed the temperature to 30c i did not feel any change. We could be sleep well because of that.

Now don't have any one people not in experience ... So pls.my request make good and well experience staff. Totally ill Disappointed. we know the Regular staff but he is a not in more here!... Enjoyed buffet lunch. Every single item was good. Outstanding dishes were Hyderabadi Biriyani and Atta Kulcha with Pallipalayam Chicken gravy. Very courteous service.

Good place to stay in Salem. It's near to the Railway Station. The restaurant and bar is good. Nice place to celebrate the party with friends.

The property is beautiful and plush. House keeping needs improvement. The restaurant staff a bit inexperienced. Overall there’s lot to improve.

The rooms were spacious and clean. But the shower had a flow issue, the white towels had a black shade because of over-usage. There was a power cut in the room when informed them they took 15 mins to attend to the issue.

I have been their customer for the last three years so far Mr.Raja is a favorite person for me and my friends but last night Raja was not our favorite waiter. That's really sad...and the current staff is right Not working is like not wanting to come here anymore.. so I request you to appoint good skilled workers🙏

Still a lot can be improved by changing bed spreads, pillow cover before the guest occupies, it was reminded to the reception, room was good, hotel located centrally

Hi !there is no experience staff in Sivaraj inn bar pepole re not good properly talking the staff to the guest . lasted week we have to meet nice and friendly nice making orders also carrying nice his name of mr Elayaraja but sad news his is not here..totally we re upsets .. we I’ll find out soon where is he working

We hired roof top space with food for a small party. space was nice but lighting and cleanliness a lot to be improved. Cutlery hygiene was very poor. In a 4 star hotel wasn't expected this low hygiene compliance.

*** WASTE OF MONEY *** Beds were not good, it’s spring mattress and already in worst condition, there was a single pillow provided and that too bad.. In Wash room tap was leaking and water was over flowing on the floor.. when we informed the room service they sent a plumber and he put towels to sop the water :( . Room service was not good, looks the people in room service were not professionally trained.. Hotel looks very good when look at it from outside and in entrance, but for families especially with Kids it is waste of money.

We stayed here from 8-10 December 2022. 4 rooms on 7th floor. The service and the hotel stay was terrible 1. No housekeeping services on the two days we stayed. No changing of sheets or towels. Room 710 the toilet was leaking and smells. We had to repeatedly call for any service. Apparently there are only 2 ppl for the entire floor for cleaning and they were on leave 2. Room was 4500 +taxes. Not worth the price. There are other star hotels but we had to stay there as part of a wedding preparations 3. We had to call and ask for complimentary coffee and tea satchets multiple times. They forget the milk satchet or the sugar every time. They did not provide any water also. After asking they provided a kettle. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was good. The buffet manager kept asking if we needed anything and made fresh dosa and omelette for us. Finally not worth the price. It is not star hotel but a badly managed and maintained budget hotel

Good hotel . It was a good stay . But welcoming the guest and treating the Guests is not good Person in the Reception is not fit for the job . No welcoming , no smile on face . Though it was a corporate booking upfront payment is demanded which I have never experienced .

The Hotel is in a good location. We booked out stay here for one night . Upon arrival you hardly find anyone in the lobby to help out with luggages. Check in process was OK. Coming to the rooms, they look a bit work out especially the rest rooms. Amenities in room are OK. The room was not prepared well for us. Barely cleaned and no towels were kept in the washrooms. Had the call the reception and convince them that there were no towels kept. I even offered to show them videos, they were so hesitant to acknowledge. The response from front desk was , "The room just got ready and it will take some time for them to get the setup done completely". The room food service was horrible . You order for food and have to followup several times to get order delivered. They even missed out on few things we had ordered. The service at the restaurant was average. Just for everything you need , you have to call several times to get things done. Very poor service. I booked this hotel looking at the reviews. But really suspect them now. Definitely will not recommend this space.
