Good service and good reception performance and almost very very good

Had a very pleasant staying experience in this place. Very well maintained. A perfect place for workation with all necessary facilities. Located at a prime location where a variety of restaurants are at a walkable distance. Very polite staff - thanks to Mr. Udhayam, Mr. Wasim and a lady at the reception. They were very friendly and hospitable. If at all there's something they could improve, I would suggest they provide soap and other toiletries. And place the towels in the room without the guests having to request.

The place is neat and clean , well maintained rooms and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to stay

I recommend this place for Family and groups. Value for money. Clean and Tidy, very convenient location for shopping, restaurants. Very Calm place. Good staff and very helpful.

Pros: 1.Place was good and clean 2.Apartment is in prime residential location 3.Easy access to main places 4.Ambience was good 5.On time response from staff Cons: 1.They do no have normal tube lights in any of the room and it makes your eyes vision blurry and the light doesn't pass through jook and corner so we alneed to use phone light to search things in cupboard and elder people suffering from vision issues 2.They do not have kettle in apartments but they give if we ask and it is not feasible everytime to go and ask for kettle whenever we do need to heat water for babies 3.They didn't had ant killing medicine as there was red ants roaming around near beds and bedsheet

Really pathetic hotel . I don’t know how these people are working . I booked the hotel person on the other side confirmed me the booking .. and when I reached the hotel .. these people told me there is no rooms available .. I was travelling with my family all down from Uttarakhand to Madurai had to stop for the night at Salem Not reliable at all 😡😡

Location is very close to railway station and the parking is available in an adjacent empty plot. This place has a micro pneumatic lift. The check-in desk is in the parking space of the building that is decorated with plants. Place has an inverter or generator for backup. People are nice, pleasant and understanding. I should thank them for some discounts during a non-peak advance booking. We took a service appartment for 8 people and rooms are excellently maintained and neat. Only negative is that lack of towels or soaps when booked as an appartment (or would be okay if this was highlighted earlier). However the place offers rooms wherein they offer these services. Rooms are like 4 star with Air Conditioned including hall, water heaters, bathrooms attached with 2 bedrooms and a hall. Appreciate the lightings. These can accomodate 8 people easily. They have a good service and attentive to customer. Wishing this JMJ group good luck 🤞

Excellent customer service full filling all your requests. Food arrangements made as per your wish. Clean, hygienic & spacious flats with all amenities & lift service . It’s a wonderful space to stay staff and service well and good and cost is too low ..reception person speak very friendly and follow the good manner,wherever I come to salem I will stay here only and suggest this only .
