Good place to stay with family or office colleagues. Rooms are good, Very clean and supportive staff. Lift is not there. From main road to this apartments located road is very narrow if one car comes another car unable to go out. But we can adjust. They are having separate parking area also.

The rooms are small and not worth for money. There was not even a single bottle of water and when asked they insisted us to take it from the common can. They have asked us to pay for water as well even after paying not worthy amount for the stay.

Location isnt great though they had a parking lot ot was quite difficult to access the road..rather its a tiny lane. U can easily miss the turning from the main road. The place was clean and maintained well but the bed was very bad. Worse mattress ever. One turn U cud easily slip off the bed and injure urself. Staff were helpful and friendly!

Superb Service by the staff. They are really helpful. The rooms are clean and big and nicely kept. They is also a nice parking space to park your car. Location is also too good. There are a lots of restaurants nearby. The staff will also guide you if required any help.

Let me start from bathrooms. Neat and clean, with latest accessories for taps and WC. I felt being at home. Rooms are bit small but comfortable and hygienic. Car parking is a concern and the approach road from main road is very narrow.

For a cheap rate good stay .. definitely we can select this service apartment .. on the ground floor there are 4 rooms the same as the first floor.. For the 4 rooms they allow 10 members The price was 7.5k ... The entrances from the road were very small.. parking facilities available...

Good home stay. Services are good. Clean rooms. Hot water facility available. Maintenance good. Very near to the main road which has many vegetarian restaurants.

The bed is too spongy. The moment you drop yourself on it, you dive deep under the Atlantic. Bed bugs and mosquitoes Filthy pillows

I'm coming from Chennai Room is very good But Car drivers do not have the facility to go to the rest room to sleep...

Very much interior from main road, very dirty way through the route, open drainage both sides of the road, not accepting cards and expects 12 percent if you pay through cards or gpay. Otherwise room is fine

Nice stay option. Though very close to city and main road, you don't seem to have noice as it's 100+ mtrs away from Saradha college road. Has parking (street parking) CCTV and water cans kept in each floor. Only missing item is elevator. Rest all good and courteous staff.

Actually I have booked another hotel with similar rating on Google, but after horrible stay there for 1 night, called Grand Stay Service Apartments about the room and facilities. Visited the property to check the room. Very much satisfied with the room and booked the room online. The room was very clean with comfortable bed, TV, chair, cupboard and a small table. The bathroom too was very clean with hot water facility. As it is located at 100m from the main road, silence is ensured in nights. Therefore, had a nice stay here. The property is located near Saradha school bus-stop (150m away). The property is recommended for family staying.

I booked a non ac room, was airlifted by mosquitoes. If you sleep like a dead log, you can feed some hungry mosquitoes. Customer service is good.

We have stayed 5 days and paid one day rent on advance usually we will settle the balance amount during the check out but on daily basis they are asking the room rent. The manager told that we won't allow for the credit. The response was poor.

Very very worst hotel in salem don’t do booking. I book the hotel on 15th Aug i contact hotel number they told sir sry there are no rooms and ask me to cancel, after cancellation they are asking me pay full room rent in make my trip.
