This is the worst hotel in the Oyo group, I have to compulsorily stay in this hotel because it was booked in advance for three nights. The advance payment for three nights was transferred at the time of booking through AGODA. The hotel harasses the customers, when arrive as well as during the stay, First refuses that online bookings are not accepted here for which they have pasted the notice near reception desk, asking the customer additional charges @200 per night over and above the paid online booking amount. Facilities in the room are very poor, No restaurant, No breakfast provided inspite of it was included in the amount paid

Average rooms with poor service. We booked 2 rooms at 2132 in agoda. In one room ac not working, in another room fan not working. No lock and key for one of the room as the preceding guest lost it. They are so poor to arrange for another lock (although it's normal detachable lock and key). No white lights in room all we're Sandle colour lights. It's not suitable to get ready wen u are preparing to go for a function. I feel its too costly and not worthy spending in this property.

Located in the heart of city , it has bar facility also. I stayed here to attend a friend's wedding function . Lift capacity is too small to handle more people and we faced outing of it.

Very very worest hotel, the management cheating fraud, while booking i paid the full amount 929,but they are asking extra amount of Rs 1300 extra. Thye are keep the OYO and mis using the customer, pl, pl pl don't stay in that hotel, u will be loosing your valuable things. Totally fraud, cheat & useless people.

Booked in Oyo. But when checked in he says no rooms available. When we showed our Oyo room booking he demands extra money. Also he says that the room won't have basic facilities but must pay extra amount to check in. Worst staff and worst behaviour. Please don't prefer this hotel

It is located on the main yercaud road, Rooms were neat and clean, newly renovated..

booking software not good. It should be ease like date from to, no of room, no of person(pax). check in/out timing etc should be made simple and ease. Rate showing for single or double to be clearly stated. No hidden way tactics like rate for one, if two rate changes later. Whom are you trying to cheat. Room is good 4star rating. Booking 3 star rating

Extremely polite staff, above average rooms and quality service in all areas. Highly recommend
