Don't go by the rating here. Not a good option. Worst experience, The male receptionist was not courteous. he was rude. Bathroom is in very bad condition with foul smell and the fulsh not working properly. All around cockroaches. Bed sheets are full of stains. Fans are there but no regulator. Hot water is there for a specific time only. Very noisy place couldn't sleep as we can hear people talk and dogs barking all through the night.

Worst experience, enquiring for a room. The male receptionist was not courteous. he was extremely rude. Will never recommend this place. We wanted to check in one night at 10.30pm, and wanted to use their facility for a meeting till 2.30 pm the next afternoon. They have wifi. Their policy is check out at 11.00 am. Even big hotels extend when there is a request. We asked if he can extend till 2.30. He could have responded no. He said there is no way to extend and you need not make the booking in the rudest tone possible.

Not good for staying with family. People for service are good here. But the rooms stink and has long not been maintained. They just do regular cleaning and washing. Would not recommend this hotel for staying with family. Although the ambience of this hotel is very peaceful. Language is another problem if you belong from outside Tamil Nadu.

We stayed here for a day with family. Two rooms with five adults and kids. We didn't expect much, to our surprise the rooms were not bad. They provided us soaps and towel for a night stay. However there was a strong liquor smell in the room and in the lobby. Air con was good and hot water available. While checking out the morning receptionist tried to extort 300 rupees for extra bed the night guy provided us since we were five. I had to show him we booked for five to prove him. I bet he knew it as well but asked us nevertheless. It is better they use air freshner in all rooms and in the lobby.

Good hotel to stay as pass bye. My second time stay going towards Kerala. Took two AC rooms, comfortable night stay, has parking, ample restaurants near by, so no worry for dinner. Rooms maintenance needed. Cleanliness ok. Stuffs are cordial.

Good and affordable room at salem. I've booked the room for 600-700 range. It's quite nice for that price. Value for money. Staffs and managers are well behaved. But one thing I didn't like that when I planned to leave the hotel, the hotel boy asked for tips, they didn't have visited my room for service. Then why did they do that.. anyway.. no idea.. I've given tips.. and he asked more for his friend also. That seems slightly bad for me. Rest is all good. Parking is there for Car and Bike. Easy to locate Affordable price. A good hotel is nearby for food.

Last day I visit here for a work base. The client book this place for me. It's near by Salem Central Bus Stand. Hotel Atmosphere was so beautiful and nice. And Rooms also good. But bathroom was no maintenance. I was not expecting those type bathroom. Must Maintain bathrooms. Otherwise it's good. Good Wifi Connection. Parking space. With Bar.

Good. A simple and decent hotel, with a 90's classical ambience, located near the Salem bus stand, well suited for friends groups and business travels. The beds and restrooms are neat and clean. Service is also good. Though we reached midnight, they welcomed us well. Overall, a good hotel to stay with friends or as a group. Provides free wifi also.

We booked A/C room through make my trip. Rooms are clean..bathroom is not neatly maintained..TV is working. They kept two towels, soaps & shampoo..Parking is there, but five 4- wheelers can park. Fan was too noisy. A/C was working initially, but it stopped working in the night. We couldn't sleep properly because of these. Free wifi is available. Cupboard is available in the room.

Ok for a night stay. Don't expect much at that price tag. Quite economical. Apparently Very old. Eg. though sheets looked fresh, towels looked years old and torn off. And be ware of ordering any food. It comes from road side thela in front of hotel. It's ok ok, but go for it only if no other option. And too many mosquitoes.

Writing this review from Hotel Pearls. I don't understand why so many reviewers have mentioned issues with bed linen. It seems well used, sure, but it's definitely clean: sheets, pillow covers, towels, blankets: everything is clean. My room is quiet and spacious, AC works well. The bathroom fittings could use a visit from the plumber but at this price I'm not complaining. The staff is helpful enough. Car parking space is limited but there's more parking space near the hotel. Overall, it's a good budget hotel and I won't mind staying here again.

No frills to the T.Clean toilets and room. Certainly needs newer looking linen for their cots and also the towels.Good for just a nights stay and get going. Staff are courteous. Water needs to be purchased.

Bathroom is clean and room also good but bedsheet and all need wash. Comfortable level of beds below average. For bachelors it will be ok. But for family means I won't recommend.

rooms were good. AC outdoor unit giving more noisy. Hot water not available at 6am and even at 6.30 we have to waste 50litres of water to get normal water. Taps leaking in bathrooms.

The hotel is an old one so the rooms are not exactly up to the mark, but serves the purpose. Alteast getting new bedsheets and towels would've been better. The price could've been lower is what I feel overall. Wifi is not so fast, the service is ok I guess.. we just stayed the night so not much to tell about that. It's a decent stay.

Rooms must improve in the cleaning part. No complementary Water bottle which is going to cost 10Rs to 20Rs only. Must work on Water heater part. I didn't found any distrubance. Silent location.

Best hotel stay only for bachelors or one need to get refresh and stay for quite sometime. Minimum car parking facility. For bachelors or one who need a over night stay (5/5). Dirty rooms with stained bedcovers. Restroom was very bad and unclean. Couldn't sleep because of the constant barking of the dogs nearby.

It was good stay, but I saw few rooms needs plumbing maintenance, too much of water leak noticed and informed at the reception. Note: hotel is good, but location wise good for batchelors as bar is next building. people who come with family it may not be comfortable because of the drunken people outside the bar.

Decent room but the toilet had some issues like leakage and the flush button was non - functional. Staffs are friendly and the hot water supply in the pipe was consistent

The hotel name says Hotel Pearls but the room is completely opposite to what the name tells. Room is filled with mosquitoes. Room hygiene is not maintained. Bed is full of hairs. After one customer visit, the room is not cleaned for another customer. Please never visit this hotel . It is unsatisfactory stay for the price you pay.

Came to visit this place after seeing 4 stars in trivago.There is no lift facilities.The bathrooms are shabby with old tiles and not properly maintained.Didnt stay here after seeing the bathroom condition. The rooms in 2nd floor were better but couldn't opt as elderly will find it difficult to climb 2 floors. Construction 🚧 is happening in this location.

Well Located. Service is good. Friendly staff. Helpful Manager. But rooms are small. Not like what you see in the pics online. Rooms are clean but need maintainance.

Room & Bathroom are clean. No lift facility. AC is just Okay. Friendly staff. Asked the guy at the Reception to reduce price as Online it was showing less. He politely suggested me to book online for the same day & honoured it.

Room is ok for the price. However, unwashed bedsheets were kept in the room that made the night so unpleasant. It was so difficult to manage sleeping without bedsheets as the weather was cold during nights and mosquitoes were biting if I turned off or reduced the fan speed.
