Staff behavior was very arrogant. Worst service ever had, there is only one room service guy named Dhasaradan. I have booked the rooms for the guests, he shown me one room and gave a different room to the guests. When asked he was blaming me back that I should have specifically told him about the room. Most of the time he was drunk and he keeps the room service helpline number blocked purposefully. Above all he was asking me to pay the extra bed charges to his personal google pay number.
