Very bad mouth receptionist. Don't know about anything but acting like everything known if we ask them why it is they start to open their bad mouth conversation very bad service

Location is a big plus. Old building and hence a little dingy. Very cost effective. Spacious rooms.

Budget hotel nearby bus stand and you get the famous Salem Saravana bhavan veg for dining. Don't expect the greatest of room ambience

Old furniture, but ideal for bulk marriage booking, good location, very very good cordial caring staff, dedicated lift operator...many good things about this property , budget pocket friendly

Poor quality. Toilet is not clean and most of the pipes(water tap) are not working. The bucket provided in the bathroom in broken Bedsheet is dirty, extra bedsheets are not provided. ₹750/- for a single room (Double bed) 1 night. If you're looking for a good clean room don't go here.

Decent rooms. Location is central to the city. Good for guests of a wedding for freshening up. Did not try any other service. There were enough plug points in the room. Washrooms were adequately clean. The best feature is the location and how it is right on the main road.

I stayed here only for 4 hours .. neatness is ok. Old aged staffs.. calm and co operative .. slow lift .. bus stand view bit only for non AC rooms .. old rooms .. window AC ok

One of the good budget hotels in Salem. I took a 2 bedroom non ac room for just ₹840 including GST. The room and wash room was neat and clean. The bedsheets and pillows were stain free. Also they provided one extra bedsheet and two towels. Lift facility was there. Overall a pleasant stay.

Rooms are pretty decent for the price, service is poor the attender dint even try to help us in lifting our baggage. And food they get us from outside but plates are not provided hence lot more improvements required in service area is highly recommended.
