Wrost staffs especially a staff named mani in reception behaves super rude to the customer. Please don’t book into this hotel.

We had our own family function in this month . Since it is very old hotel , it was not bad . But not up to the expectations. My observations :- 1)Air condition was very old model . It was noisy during our function 2)The lift was unsafe . Very slow and not operating well . Many times we had to press the call button . The management definitely change the lift . Otherwise it would be safety hazard . 3) The wash rooms were not clean and in the ladies wash room water was not coming . Hence ladies struggled to go to the wash room 4) Good parking space available 5) A/C dinning hall was good and well maintained 6) The taste of the food was good 7) During the function , there were no staffs from the hotel available in the hall . For each and everything we had to run down to the reception or contact the manager to carry our works which should be improved . 8) Since the basic facilities were not up to the standard, the management can reduce the cost of the food . For a small function of 100 people , this hall can be used .

Fourth time i am visiting salem and after my first visit in 2020, i prefer this hotel only

Room was ok for me. I used to stay in another hotel as I didn't get room I was supposed to stay in this hotel. Price difference was only rs 500 less in this hotel. But the ambiance and breakfast was not even average. Breakfast was totally disappointing even though complimentary. 1 dosa 2 idly 1 small cup Pongal 1 vada and 1 coffee hope this will not be enough for food lovers

Rooms are very nice, but bathrooms should have exhaust fan

It was located in main locality. Rooms and entire hotel was maintained great but room service was too poor and slow

We stayed at three members room, window is so big, view is awesome but it is a lack of privacy, they will serve liquor and cigarrette in your room itself. even though you book ac room. it is waste of money.. no proper cooling. toilet are ok but not so clean. hot water shower is good.

If they renovate this property, this will be in high demand. Location is superb. Rooms very spacious. Service need improvement. Provision of good towels etc.. must

Price is less. Rooms is spacious. They provide breakfast as well. Quality and taste of the food is good. Right value for money 👌

Located about 0.5km to 5 roads Junction. Constructed in a huge space. Parking space for nearly 20 cars available. Room was good and well maintained. Room service is quick. A peaceful location. A bit costly but worth it for the location.

The worst experience, the bathroom are uncleaned, dirty drinking water provided, dirty wash basin and unhygienic room non supportive staff and No chance for second visit and stay in this lodge.

Stayed for two days in Non-A/C room... Price was reasonable.. Would highly recommend for a budget stay.... Charges per day ₹1300/- for double bed Non A/C(Extra person ₹300)... For double bed A/C ₹2000(extra person ₹500) with complementary breakfast.. the hotel also has restaurant facility with nominal charges...
