I had booked a room by calling them over phone. Whe I reached there with family at night 1:00 am, they told they have already given the room to someone else. This is ridiculous. I had a tough time searching for other hotel rooms at night. I will not recommend anyone to book rooms here. Such irresponsible idiots. They don't seem to understand my situation and difficulty. Worst customer service. Zero rating.

It is a very peaceful and decent hotel. The location is optimal for me, close proximity to Salem Science Park and bus stand. They have ample parking space, some even covered! If you are coming with your vehicle or on a bike - good choice. I recommend for group traveling also as the parking is very spacious and secure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to assist a traveller. Rooms have basic necessities, wifi and AC. I am not much of a tv watcher, but there is that too. The beds are SUPER COMFY, really, it's such a relief to come and sleep on the bed. Clean and neat environment as well as rooms. Not much of a design taste, but it does the job. Would recommend for solo travelers or groups on a budget. If you are looking for five star luxury - keep looking.

Last week I confirmed booking for 3 days stay over phone call now I called for re-confirmation you simply say rooms are full last week new join gave wrong information? Tomorror I'm going to be there what can I do?Pathetic.

While enquiry they asked for total count , we are about 20 members , so they suggested for 5 rooms, dirung check- in we are 24 so we booked one extra room. But while check out they are demanding for extra amount by stating that we are supposed to Stat only 3 members in a room. This is ridiculous and giving false commitment

Good ambulance and the staff working there are very friendly.... The way they are maintenance is amazing and mind blowing happy to get associated in this place..... Small suggestion they can improve there A/c Room count....

I'm GK, From Madurai. Yesterday (19.05.2023). I stay in the Hotel. This is the 1st time i stay in this hotel. Usually check-in & Check out time is before midnight and the price for 12 hour only. But this Nalanda Hotel the offer our convenienced time 24X7. We goto 3:00 am for check-In but they are treat us gently like a loyal customer. It is 1st impression to me. We booked Non A/c Room with Rs. 900 only. But the room was ultimately & Luxury. The cot & bed is too soft. Room atmosphere is neat and clean. Hot Water was available and the toilet is very Hygiene. They r provide soap and shampoo, TV, dressing table. Cubboatd, Towels, etc. Is very impressive. We come for going to Salem Samayapuram Mariamman Temple. It's Just 300 meters. This hotel located at way of Sålëm Mariamman Kovil Street. So it's most likely to us and very useful. We reach 2 mins (In walking). And near to New Busstand. Good Value for Money. If anybody plan to come for Salem Samayapuram Mariamman Temple and want to stay plz choose this hotel. Parking Also Available. Food for Walkable distance. Cheap and Best. Food taste is ok and ambiance also good , the items are little expensive . Not enough parking for 4 wheelers.

One of the best hotel in Salem in terms of budget friendly. Near to bus stand also. Ample amount of parking for cars and bikes.Rooms are damn good and spacious. Neat and cleanly maintained property. No credit card payment option but they managed to have PhonePe or any UPI. You can order food from Swiggy. You can book via phone. Over all nice stay.
