The staff who sit in the reception both the person they was very rude and not giving proper respect also. Room was good but no hot water, drinking water, they will not clean the room in daily basic. Even powercut full day almost 3 days They will not use, any alternate option for the same. And main thing in reception one person cheated my money. If I was asked him he started to fight with me. Very worst experience. Even booking a room one day prior, they are not allotted a room. Even receptionist behaviour is very worst. They dont have wise speak. I dont recommend this hotel for anyone. Dont go and spoil your mind.

Okay. Near to bus stand. Room service need an improvement. Rooms cleanliness need a improvement. Intercom was not working. Complaint made to the receiption. But no action was taken.

Poor rating because of the reception staff on duty at night. We reached Salem at 4.15 am. Called up the hotel to check room availability. Attender answered the called, said rooms were available, informed us the tariif. He asked us to come down speak to the reception in charge. When we reached the hotel, the reception in-charge was sleeping on the couch and refused to wake up after calling several times. The attender also tried wake him up and he did not. Such great was the mentality of the people running business, who are refusing to provide service. The management of the hotel should be aware of such incidents, which affects the business as well as reputation. Hence writing this review even we did not hire the room. The whole incident happened on 17 Nov 2018.

Rooms are ok but bathroom are too dirty like bucket or bathing cup....nd one more thing no toilet jet spray in whole Rooms....

Rooms are spacious. Close to Salem New bus stand. Good for family.

In this hotel there is a mini HALL in underground of this building. Full Air cooling system. Best flooring works. And obviously there is a parking too...

The man in the reception don't give respect to girls he not even replied to any question asked. But asked money at 12.30 AM saying that I have written in the bill give me money now. We said that will go and get from ATM, he not even listens that. Restrooms are not clean. Not value for money. They have the board saying that Non AC rooms only at Rs 450. But collected Rs 1000. Simply money minded. Worst experience!
