Don't visit the lodge, worst customer service, The management didn't properly response , If u cancel the booked rooms,, they did not give booking advance amount.. .. I ever saw worst lodge in Salem, Don't visit

Excellent customer service for 24 hours. Employees Manager & Murugan was really smile face 😈 and friendly move. Am happy 😊

Worst service.The good thing is cheap rates only. You won't get blanket & towel. If u stay in non AC room then you will have to pay extra if you want hot water for bath. No sense how to behave with customers and don't know "Visit Again" formula for customers.

Better place even compared to தெ pines inn the railway station area. Rooms as small and the rest of the facilities are available nearby, thats the advantage. Ok for staying few hours, lighting n ventilation could be better. In all it's ok type fr freshning up purpose.

There's no way of rating this worst choice of mine below a star. You can enjoy noisy, dirty, dusty, awful stay here, the pricing is the best part, too high for the amenities which is available for free in the platform.. No powerbackup but having a lot of insects to trouble travelers.. Attitude of the people is too worse..

Dirty bedsheets, pillow cover. No soap or towel provided. It is NOT a non smoking premises. Costly for the size of the rooms. But noise wise better than others in the railway station area.

Lodge is clean and staff are very polite. It is very close to Railway Station. Comfortable stay for the money spent

This lodge is not that good...no cleaning facilities, washrooms are really dirty.. The person managing that hotel is very rude
