Even one star is very much highly rated. This hotel people will spoil your entire purpose of visit to Yercaud. You will not get any peace here. Please don’t ever go to this hotel. Only the name is grand but nothing is good there. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. They will give you a commitment and they will not stand with that and do that. Within half hour they will change their own rules. Problems we faced, 1. Worst service. They will say 10 mins but it will take 45 - 1 hour. 2. They committed to give 2 extra beds but they gave only one bed and for that dirty another extra we have to wait for 2 hours in the cold weather. 3. Drainage water is spilling from the top and my entire family suffered due to this and scolding me for taking room here. 4. They said they will give breakfast for 1000rs (10 persons) but if you see those breakfast, it is not even worth 20rs for a single person. 5. Finally if you ask these questions they will not respond properly and they are saying this js DMK SR Parthiban properties..you cannot do anything..do whatever you want. Please please people don’t ever think about going to this hotel for stay..please find some other room even if it is more. Have attached those service person photos also..please don’t ever believe them what they are saying..they will not stand with their words.

Worst room never thought of booking room here lack of cleanliness, not provided basic things such as soap, towel. You will not receive good gesture from the owner. Price is too high and not at all worthy to stay even for an hour . Without our knowledge they will book the room in dayana when we thought we have booked sizzling stay. Worst worst room ever .

One of the worst places I have visited. Hotel is located in a good location walkable to restaurants nearby. Frequent power failures, incompetent and inexperienced hotel staff, no wifi, tv not working, no parking spots, water filter not working cause trouble for guests. For the amenities provided this place is way too expensive.. Hotel pics shown online do not match in reality.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been. They have cheated us taking 5000 for a single night stay for which the room looks absolutely dirty. I refer no one would go there and stay. Maintenance poor. Cleanliness poor. Very very worst stay i would say

Located in very good place. But not maintained well. There is disturbance from other room members who drunk. Very poor service. Not worth money they receive from customers. No complimentary breakfast to customers, as they mentioned it is free and mentioned in their website. They even don't give basic requirements of towel, soap, paste, toothbrush, shampoo etc. Restaurant is in very bad condition and filled with empty drunken bottles which stores here. No AC. Power was went off three to four times. TV channels they subscribed for only Tamil channels and looks like they force their customers to learn Tamil through TV channels. Except Tamil no other language channels were not available to watch. Floor mat was totally in not usable condition. Not worth staying in this hotel for what they charge for customers.

Worst service. They have many properties in yercaud. We stayed there on 2019. In midnight someone knocked our door without any reason, while we asked the front door they said it's someone drinker. If that's the case u have to provide secured room for family. And all their properties have worst service. I have visited their 2 properties

This property helps you stay in a prime area, and unfortunately that's pretty much about it! The staffers of the Hotel do their best to serve you if/ when asked for helo, but then can only render the service only so much as the Hotel lacks some essential facilities (towel, soaps, functional television, etc.) and cleanliness. There is no breakfast or in-house dining. Just spacious rooms (we stayed in a Queen suite) and basic basic amenities. NOTE: I'm bit upset that my booking was originally with Sizzling Stay through Booking.com, but they forwarded me to adjacent Hotel Dayana without my prior permission.

Please don't go here. The entire room smells pungent. One cannot even touch the quilt because of its smell. But once we complained to the manager and planned for checkout he provided another room just OPP to this hotel which is also owned by the same head ( hotel sizzling stay) which is pretty good for the price. That new room had no issues. Thanks to the manager.
