Nice view from front rooms, got a courtesy call a day in advance which was nice. Place is bit in the interior but good, room is okay. But food is not good and pricey. Staffs only speak Tamil so be ready for sign language. Lot of insects to fight with. Asked for extra bowls and got cockroach free with it. During checkin staff helped with carrying luggage, however during checkout said no. So, overall a bad experience. Management should visit property and improve services, courtesy calls ain't gonna make any difference

Pros: The rooms are really good, neat and clean. Stunning views from the cottage.. Sound of birds at early morning were so sweet. Foods are also decent enough. Good overall service. Cons: There were some voltage fluctuations throughout our stay. Fans automatically slows down all of a sudden and heater stops working every now and then due to voltage issues. There was also leakage in pipe going to shower.. so shower was not working in our room! They missed giving tea to our drivers couple of times even though we have informed them. They also doesn't provide coffee/tea maker or kettle. They provide only soaps as toiletries would have been better if they provide tooth paste, brush, shampoo, oil & comb.

It was a pleasant stay! The cottage was neat and offered a great view. Manager and the staffs are polite and prompt. We ordered coffee and the taste was superb. Early morning view was pleasure, Overall a great stay!! Only drawback is checkout time 10.00am

It was a very affordable room price in yercadu but the food menu was quite expensive and we ordered only breakfast 4 egg dhosa 400 RS and 4 idly 100RS which comes from just normal simple kitchen setup. Rooms need to have floor mats, marble flooring very cold and couldn't walk inside the room with empty feet. Instead of 2 plastic chairs it's better to have small sofa sets. There is no comfortable seating place inside the room, we need to sit on spring matters which won't be comfortable at all and plastic chairs only 10 mins you can sit then it won't be comfortable. Service was really good and responsive all the time. Every employee is kind and responds immediately.

The receptionist was bad and told they're no rooms for friends sucha a lame person and he disconnected the call ...very embarassing thu ... worst guy i ever met in this year

Excellent view point, supportive crew and spacious pathway for your children to play. Delicious food which we all love the most. Would like to recommend for the people who love to relax

Excellent place/cottage to stay. A small disadvantage was that the joint rooms were not sound proof, if you speak aloud another person can listen well. Rest everything including ambience, the view was awesome !!

Service was good. Very limited food options. People can enjoy scenic beauty. I can see people can consume Alcohol and smoke in the premises. Lights were less inside rooms.

Had a two nights stay and it was beyond enjoyable. The climate was too good which made the stay even more better. Food was really nice. Do try their Dosa and Chutney. Overall really happy with everything.

We stayed here for a weekend.. Rooms were very clean and the service was top notch... Hot water available 24*7.. Home cooked food available on pre orders.. All tourist spots are nearby. They even arranged an auto for us.. Ample parking space.. Breathtaking view..

I stayed for 2 days with my family, and I felt very safe. Rooms are excellent, and food is tasty as home-made... It has a great viewpoint from cottage... they arranged a campfire for us ... we enjoyed it completely...they freshly prepared food which we ordered for... as my view I can give 10 out of 10 for all....

Stayed over a week end .... The cottage is located little away from main town but easy to locate. The location is peaceful and rooms are spacious and cool due to construction in natural stone and roof with clay tiles ! Rooms are clean and staffs were good. Decent food.... Though it is not a luxurious *hotels but a decent one with good stay for that price .......

Not recommended for family. After reading the review, We booked this property for 3 nights . We couldn't stay for a minute also. The floor was mobbed wit cheap chemical that we get difficulty in breathing. Spider net in every corner, check out the images below. Room was wit 2 clumsy chairs n a tv. Bed was as old as the earth is. Toilet was too small, way too small to fit in. No privacy, next door people comes to our veranda and noisy wit kids. Road approach was very poor.We couldn't get refund neither could stay.

One of the best experience. Stayed here for 2nights with family. Cottagees were neat and clean. Rooms are big enough. Front Cottage offers good view of Salem. at night. Location is feels bit secluded but not much near to lady’s seat.food was excellent even though the menus had limited options. Over all a very good experience. Has got a good parking space and we used google maps to find the location with out any issue

Had to book this hotel at last minute as the hotel I booked earlier messed up. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Budget friendly well maintained cottage with good food and friendly employees.

We never asked for two days stay at one day tariff. This is not the first time i am visiting places. Question was about if we reach by 8 am would we be able to accomodate or any room for refreshment before going for sightseeing. Or can we logout in the afternoon what's the best option available . Please be clear with your response

Rooms are clean, budget friendly, located near tourist spots, courteous staff, good food. We stayed there for 2 days and enjoyed our stay. You can setup camp fire for an additional cost of 1k (any number of PPL). They take pre orders for food and is really affordable. Overall a good stay would come back again. I am sure this cottage is run by a management which is not money minded. They even made a call before one day and sent the location details including Google map link via sms. The boys working here are really helpful.

Stayed at this place over the weekend. The resort is located 1.5 km from the lake, locating was easy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is small but clean with individual geyser, hence hot water is available round the clock. Rooms at the front offer a good view. Food was decent. Staff were courteous and willing to help. Not a luxurious resort but definitely good value for money.

Excellent staffs (Krishnan, Kumaravel, Kumar & others) to take good care of you. Well maintained rooms located high on a hill but very close to hotspots in Yercaud. Highly recommended for family travelers with kids. They have very hygienic kitchen and serve limited but home style food. They have only cottages but I would expect them to add few more amenities like kids play area and a clubhouse. But for the price you pay, the quality and service are fantastic!

Booked after seeing great ratings. Sales manager speaks very nice. Salem city view is superb. Nice food but expensive. Rooms also comparatively costly though no complementary breakfast. Overall average experience.

It is a hotel with very good rooms and breathtaking view. Service was exceptional, it takes 1 to 1.5 hours after you place food, since they prepare fresh. Staffs made sure we had comfortable stay. They gave a courtesy call a day before checkin and gave us the information to reach the place, contact person info. Food is really tasty. You have to try a small trekking at the backside of the hotel in the early morning, it is really good. Some downsides, road to hotels is very narrow and rough. Power fluctuations are there and there is zero amenities. Only cash or gpay is accepted. Had a pleasant stay.

Pros: Property is in nice location with good scenic beauty. Affordable cost. Good parking space. Decent room. Cons: Management need to create strict rules for open alcohol drinking to make it family friendly.
