Worst customer service and providing false commitments. We were in the shop and the person was answering his phone calls and he took his own time and explained us about the featuree of air conditioner. It's been two days AC technician is yet to fix the unit. For keeping it in box why we need to pay huge money to them .. when I called AC technician his way of response is worst ... I should have given negative stars and 0 rating but do not have option.. so giving one star .. never ever suggest this place to anyone if they really value the money ...
